I took my 3yr old Pekingese in for a sick visit today with Occoner Rd Animal Hosp. This was our 1st visit. The Vet was wonderful with Yuki and so were the staff. Everyone was helpful and so pleasant. Our Pekingese is small but has a lot charisma. She wasn’t feeling well but the staff made her feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this location. We did not have an appt. Yes, we had to wait but the clinic really tries to accommodate you as soon as possible. Thank you for the excellent service that we received today 🐶🐾😃

Our pup, Coco, received the very best of care. The vet tech was very friendly, loving and caring. The vet called when surgery was over to say that everything went well. I received a follow up call this morning from the staff asking how she was doing. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital.

I usually go for general check ups and vaccines and the staff there is always polite. We had a potential puppy pass away unexpectedly and they sent a card and I absolutely cried. It was so sweet to have everyone’s signature on there. I will continue to take our senior dog. Even if we moved across town I would still drive here for anything my dog needs. I highly recommended this place for everyday needs.

We had a wonderful experience! Katrina in reception was warm and welcoming, Larissa was friendly and efficient, and Dr Gonzales saw my dog quickly and was very thorough, had us on our way in no time! We will definitely keep O’Connor in mind if we need urgent care in the future.

My first time there after getting a referral from a friend and nothing but positive things to say! Didn’t wait long, everyone at the location was so sweet to my baby as well as myself! When we went to be seen by the vets, both were so informative and caring! My fur baby was scared but curious and they took the time to be patient with him and make him feel comfortable enough to warm up to them. We went for a 1st time check up and I wanted to get his nails trimmed as well. It truly made me love how they said they noticed how unsure he was in an unknown place, so they preferred to try on the next visit in case he got scared and moved. The fact that they cared about wanting him to be comfortable and not just getting the service done was great! They truly made us feel welcome and confident to come back for our follow ups! I’ve owned dogs my whole life and visited vets in 3 different cities…this place definitely tops them all.

We switched to this vet almost a year ago, and I couldn't be happier. They're so nice and accommodating for our crazy Staffy. They even give veterans 10% off their services now, which is a huge help considering the cost of going to the vet these days.

We have had two excellent experiences with O’Connor Road Animal Hospital. Both times have been so great! Last time our cat’s cheek swelled up and we were able to make an appointment for Friday but overnight she went downhill and I called and she was seen that afternoon by Vet who was so incredibly nice and helpful. They worked with us on our time as we had to take our son to the doctor too. We are so thankful and our fur baby is doing great.

Everyone was nice & service was great! Most of all Buttons was completely comfortable, thank you.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The vet explained everything to me. We made a plan to bring my fur baby back health. It was a pleasant experience. There fees are very reasonable and I really like Dr Schmeltzer.

Staff and doctors are very caring. Had a cancerous growth removed on my dog and since the area was so small the doctor didn’t use external sutures purposely knowing that vet visits are a stressor for my dog. I greatly appreciated this as my dog does not get along with most other dogs so vet trips can be tricky with him.

Always a great experience taking my 2 babies. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. I always get all the information I need from the visit and understand the things taking place. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

I had to find another veterinarian hospital to start taking my princess Wiggles to. So I found O'Connor Road Animal Hospital and it is great. My princess is not scared to go there. Dr Gamble is so wonderful with her. She cleaned her teeth and did a wonderful job. The techs are all wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Dr Zingler is a great Doctor and wiggles loves going there. Great service. I highly recommend them.

I've been coming to this animal hospital for 9 years. I have never had a bad experience. The veterinarians are wonderful. They really listen to my concerns. The vet techs are great and answer as many questions as thoroughly as they can. The front desk gals and guys are fabulous, always with a smile and a great attitude. When I call if I have questions they're very thorough even over the phone. I am so appreciative of their hard work. I always feel confident that my kitties will be taken care of in a fabulous and kind manner.

I have been using this office for 8 yrs. The staff is friendly and helpful. We recently had to have our 17 yr old dog put to sleep. The vet, vet techs and front desk staff were very compassionate.

Recently changed vets and I gotta say I Love love this office for my pet. They are very engaging with your fur baby and love on them and they explain everything very well and work with you.

Great first time experience. The clinic got my Boxer Boy in for an x-ray on short notice. I was kept informed of events during the visit. Dr Schmeltzer explained x-ray results and followed up with phone call when Radiologists Report received. Very satisfied with service.
