I went in on 06/12 before lunch time and received a great customer service experience from associate Matias. He was amiable and very helpful with my returns/exchanges

Nice, well-stocked, organized place with great selection for men's. I appreciate the clearance racks and them stocking Extra-Small men's sizes for tops and bottoms. Customer service is top-notch and helped me with lots of returns and exchanges. I wish the fitting rooms weren't all locked though, as you have to flag down a staff member (and they seemed to be short-staffed and only behind the cash wrap) to access them. It's a "darker" store than the bright-and-all-white aesthetic of the NorthPark Center A&F, and I actually prefer this darker aesthetic.

Love this store. The music, the colognes, and the clothes are all very cool and of great quality. Staff is always friendly, and the store is always organized and very clean. Prices are what you should expect from high end prep fashions, so don't be cheap. Or just shop the sale and clearance racks if you can't afford regular prices. Promotions are great and can offset the cost a bit. Be fit and in shape, Abercrombie doesn't make 'plus sizes' or market to that crowd, so don't waste your time if you're overweight and looking to fit something here. I always have a great time here, and I'll always stop in or pick up my online orders here. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly but they didn't have all the sizes I needed in store. I will pick everything up online. I would absolutely return to this location.
