We used DMD Realty to list our Crowley Park home in Richardson. I've known Darrell for 33 years, and I asked him what he thought sets him apart from other brokers. His answer, "Communication!" That's important in the home selling business. You want to keep your customers informed, and be available when they have questions, or when issues arise. We always knew where we were in the selling process, and he returned our calls promptly when we had questions.

Darrel did an amazing job helping us find our home, navigate the market in a new state, learn how to take care of our new house, and answer all of the questions we had. I am active duty military and chose him to sell my rental property in Princeton, TX over other realtors in the area due to his confident tone and professionalism over the phone.
