American Eagle & Aerie Store

The service I received was great. The young ladies that assisted me were very kind and considerate. I had a little toddler on my hip. They helped me select some jeans which all looked great. The young lady who helped me with the dressing room never complained once even though like a dork idiot I kept locking myself out.

I went to their store earlier today and an employee named Jaz helped me. She was super kind and extremely helpful. She helped me a lot not only in the shopping department but also gave me the greatest advice. Her energy was amazing and overall had a very warming vibe. The staff is amazing and so is the store overall. Very neat and organized and easy to navigate items. Highly recommend shopping with them :)

I use to shop here a lot, but for a period of years I stopped. No specific reason why. I went back today and I was reminded why I shopped here soo much! It was and is such a welcoming environment. Everyone was nice and very helpful.

They took time to stop and ask if I needed any help and one young man did a great job in assisting me. I needed pants and he helped me find exactly what I needed. AE clothes are such great quality as well which I always knew, but their quality has improved over what it was when I use to shop their.

Take the time and check it out. They have a bunch of styles and great clothes. The price is a little more than moderate (Jeans 49.99, buy 1 get 1 half off) but the quality is worth it. I bought a pair of jeans 7 years ago and they still fit and look like the day I first bought them.

They have a variety of options. I'm 6' tall, 200lbs with a broad muscular/athletic build. They have much to accommodate many. Hopefully my review will help someone out as I generally don't write them too often, but read them a lot.

I'm a believer! Aerie was such a difference experience and such a welcoming environment. Jazz made me feel heard and everything went so well. Truly went far and beyond for me. 🥺❤

Visited Dearbrook Mall, the young woman who helped me was super nice! My cell phone had lost service while I was in the store and she kindly let me borrow their company phone to make contact with my husband who was shopping around the mall. Even further, she helped me set up my phone to wifi calling so that I could make future phone calls.. she was very kind and took the time to explain all sales that were going on in the store inspite of being super busy. I made some really great purchases that day! Overall awesome customer service satisfaction! Cashier: cg1342 (She needs a race for her dedication to all customers)

This is the only store I will buy my pants at , they fit perfect, they are comfortable and they usually have a good deal on them too.
