Jeremy in the weight section was very helpful. My husband and I were trying to decide which squat rack to get and he ran through pros and cons of each one we looked at. Everyone we encountered was very nice.

This location is my favorite. They always have a manager at the entrance to assist you. The employees are helpful, friendly and well informed. No they have a huge Calia section so I am in Heaven.

Good prices very clean

I came to this location in deerbrook two times within the last few months, and both times, I was very happy with the employees who helped me. The first time, it was Taylor, and the second time was Eli. They were incredibly helpful and took the time to educate me on the machines I went in to purchase. I had a lot of questions, and they were both patient and helped me to get what would be the right equipment for my home gym. So thank you guys, keep up the great work, and thank you for having a great attitude.

Paris, Manni and the Manager David at the Humble, Deerbrook Mall location are all amazing with their customer service. Had to get my daughter some soccer cleats and Manni had to keep running to the back and never complained once. Them when we checked out Paris was so sweet and attentive in our conversation. Great customer service.

This is specifically for your store in Deerbrook mall in Humble, TX. I am very appreciative of the customer service rendered by Caroline, Jordyn, and Lorena today. All 3 of these ladies took excellent care of me and resolved an issue that was absolutely no fault of the store, and I am very grateful. I am confident that these ladies consistently take care of all of their customers the way they took care of me, and I will absolutely return to this store.

It's now open and the customer service was excellent. Product is presented well. It took a while to check out but I'll cut the cashier some slack since I was her first customer. Hopefully they keep up the good work after the newness wears off.

Looking for camping equipment, and they did have a small selection of quality equipment.

Bought a golf club previously and was unable to hit ball even remotely as expected. Went back in to explore other clubs that may help my golf game. Spoke with sales associate John who was very helpful and even took me into golf simulator 15 minutes prior to closing. He went above and beyond to show me that the problem was not my new club selection but bad habits I have picked up over the years. I am now happy with my new club, new swing and will definitely be a repeat customer!

I think this is the best branch in Houston.

Great. They are trying to keep their customers safe by sanitizing the registers. It won't do any good if the customers are still not social distancing or wearing a mask.

Loved it!!! I really enjoyed the Customer service in the gun department. Was helped by a really nice guy named Shane. Guy really knows his stuff!!!!! Would be coming back for sure!!!!

It's all bunch sports stuff I always like, Basketball, Football, Soccer, Golf, Fishing, etc, and with Sports clothes and more, it's just best life with sports all around this country.
