I had this gentleman named Anthony pick out some last minute boots for the rodeo. He was very helpful and knowledgeable 10/10 service. definitely recommend him, he was the. only one to approach me.

Came in with my husband for new work boots. We were met by Anthony who was friendly & held a vast amount of knowledge about a variety of boots. He successfully helped my husband find the right pair of boots! Definitely ask for Anthony at the humble boot barn.

Been to other Boot Barns for other western wear before and been interested to own a pair of western boots for a while but good ones can be expensive. But today finally found the ones that I liked here that are comfortable and with a good price. Staffers were friendly and helpful. Boot selection was pretty good and I like that boots are organized clearly by style and size. Good place to go for western wear.

Been in Texas since the 70s, never owned a pair of cowboy boots...just work boots.
Staff was fantastic, very helpful. Good Lord willing I will have enough years of life left to wear them out!!

Large Variety of Western Wear. Great Looking Boots for Rodeo Time. Parking Lot was well lit, store was very clean and had friendly staff. They also give Discount for Military.

Good place for FR Workwear. Wide selection and good coverage for shirt sizes, and waist/inseam on pants. I wasn’t boot shopping, but will return when I need some. I looked around - they have about every size, style imaginable.

Got just the boots I was looking for and right when you walk in you are greeted with the smell of classic "Boot Barn Scent" which I LOVE. Definitely recommend and customer service is GREAT. One of the people came right up to us and started asking our preferences in boots. 5 stars definitely.

Excellent service. Salesman was Ken and he went the extra mile to ensure I found what I wanted, it was the right size and he provided helpful information on care and cleaning. Other staff were very friendly. Only downside was having to get a staff member to unlock fitting rooms. I understand the reason why but it's an inconvenience. Overall, a great experience though.

They always have what I need, whether it's a new pair of boots,shirts,belts or hats. Wide variety of all cowboy apparel. Great location and always friendly,helpful and knowledgeable employees to answer all of your questions

I loved the Customer Service given! She was an older lady with glasses. Will definitely return because of her! Loved how she took the time to wlexplain the membership and also how she helped us by placing our stuff in the counter while we continued to shop.

My friend and I stop by every Rodeo season in Houston. When we're done eating nearby, it's always a friendly place to stop in. Last time we were there I was buying my friend some boots since she decided to get back on the road truck driving. Always a great selection here and the best staff!!

Great customer service, directed me to rhe right set of boots I needed. Blake was knowledgeable and the customer service rep checking me out made sure I got them for the lowest price possible. Definitely recommend shopping here for any type boots you may need!

Super helpful staff. My 12yo was looking for new boots & on a budget. He was pretty determined to shop without mom's help and the staff was great with him. He knew how much a particular pair was on sale for at another store and when he mentioned that to the staff member helping him, he was immediately informed Boot Barn price matched if he had the ad. At 12, he was unaware of price matching (and I'd been instructed to stay in the background) so I thought this was fantastic. My son quickly pulled up the ad on his phone, they price matched, and he got the boots AND insoles he wanted all within his budget. Kudos to Boot Barn Humble for being patient with a little kid and being honest - you made 2 customers for life.

Large variety to choose from and friendly, knowledgeable employee s to help you navigate all the options. I liked that the guy helping us took our price range and showed us the options within that range not pushing us to try to get something more expensive. Boots in all price range. My husband is very pleased with his birthday present.
