Great store, it is very organized and you can find all types of appliances and tools to improve, build, or fix something at your house.
We got great help from Mr. David he helped us to look for new shades for our house and recommended us the best.

Very happy with this Lowe’s location. It’s a very well organized and clean store, friendly and helpful staff, and very good selection. A staff member named Blake went above and beyond to help me and my wife yesterday, stayed with me until customer service resolved an issue. Customer service desk staff is top notch as well. We especially like their outdoor garden section. This is become our go to home improvement store and I recommend them.

Every employee is very friendly. They loaded soil bags into my car for me, which was great. They also helped me find whatever I needed. I love buying plants here because they are well taken care of. Here are some pictures of the plants I have bought and grown!

I needed a gift in a hurry and the person I was buying for likes flowering plants. I decided to go to Lowe's to see what they had and found this beautiful potted plant for under $20.

I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The sales associate even loaned me a pen so I could mark out the price.

This Lowe’s location is full of seasonal items, well organized and casual environment. This location is conveniently located at the feeder of highway 69 & Kingwood Drive exit... if you exit Kingwood Drive you need to move over to the farthest right lane to enter the parking lot.

I go to this store every day, literally. I love their setup. Much better setup than their surrounding stores and competitors; their customer care folks are just professional, knowledgeable and friendly; always willing to help. Lowes is always my first stop. Clean and organized compared to most Home Depot’s. Have not had a bad any bad experience so far.

Love this Lowes. Since its kind of tucked away off the 59, it doesn't get a ton of foot traffic and is great to shop in.

Purchased a golf card from Kingwood Lowes and needed further assistance from customer service. Let me tell you that Taliesha, Erica and Byron are some of the greatest and most professional customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. 10/10 would recommend and they should get a raise!

Needed a piece of plywood cut into 4 equal parts and had no problem getting them to help. Veronica was especially helpful.

The lady named Mariah and the gentleman named Jeremiah were helping me today they were very friendly and courteous. Mariah I believe that was her name. She was very apt to helping me with a few issues and glitches that I had. Overall I liked the customer service at this location. I love that they had what I needed and what I was looking for.

Everything is so inexpensive and good quality stuff including well behaved people in this place. I am a restaurant manager for 20 years in Dennys, I buy there for quality plants and products. My washer went out and so I went to Lowe’s to purchase a washer. Chris took care of me as soon as I started looking. I was happy they had Progressive Leasing. Chris provided great customer service throughout my visit!

I visited your store in Kingwood today 8/6/2023 around 12 noon and needed help with some plumbing issues hooking up my new water machine. Your employee Izzy was so helpful and lord knows everyone wishes they could get that kind of service/ help everytime we go to your store. From now on I will look for Izzy when I return because not only was he super polite he also helped me with questions outside of the plumbing questions I had. He is an asset to Lowe’s and I hope he’s compensated for his efforts. I will return to your store and I will in fact ask him if he was praised for this review and if he says no I will change this review just as fast as I wrote it the first time! Keep up the good work as far as hiring people like Izzy !! Thanks again. He’s the reason I will come back to Lowe’s and not Home Depot from now on.
