I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Nguyen. I am a new patient, and am in the process of finishing up with a root canal, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Nguyen and all his staff are very professional, Mrs. Li (his wife) is very organized, plus keeps the office and bathroom setting very clean. All staff are very kind, polite & personable. I have received multiple text messages reminding me of my appointments, and upon arrival, there is no wait. Dr. Nguyen has called me at home twice in the evening to check on me after having two procedures. Cy-Fair Dental has earned my trust and long term commitment as a patient.

I’ve been a patient since 2016. I always see the same familiar faces and have the best experiences! I never used to like the dentist until I found Cy-Fair Dental! They don’t judge, they have amazing fair prices & Lily is so informative with treatment plans and so helpful! 10/10!!

I had a very pleasant experience at the office of Dr. Michael Nguyen DDS, MSD. It was my first appointment. Office is very clean. Staff is warm and professional. Dr. Nguyen patiently explained my teeth conditions and my options. I had to have cleaning and fillings done which were scheduled and done within a couple of days. Dr. Nguyen did a excellent job fixing my teeth. I am very impressed. I highly recommend this dentist.

I’ve been going to Dr. Nguyen since I was 18. I’m in my 30’s now and plan to be with him until he decides to retire. He’s done crowns, fillings, and wisdom teeth extractions for me and I never had an issue with any of them. I love his staff, they’ve always been super friendly and accommodating. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes in his office if that. It’s just a great dental practice. I love them all. <3

I’ve been coming to Dr. Nguyen for about 15yrs now. He did a lot of fillings on me over 10years ago and I have not had an issue with any of them since. I drive an hour to continue seeing him because it’s so hard finding a good and trustworthy dentist. The front desk staff is also so efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. All of the ladies working the reception area are so nice and quickly schedule appts and are proactive in checking insurance benefits and charges.

I found out about this Dentist through google. Read the reviews on yelp and they were really good! I took a chance on it and I had a great experience from the front desk too the dental’s assistant and the doctor. I like the breakdown that I got with all the work that needed to be done on my teeth and the breakdown in the prices. Doctor was efficient and I appreciate that he called after my tooth extraction and deep cleaning.

Dr. Nguyen and staff have provided excellent care for me and my family for years. For all dental issues, they do a terrific job of explaining to you what is happening and what potential costs you may incur before applying treatments (and reviewing with you what your insurance covers). Dr. Nguyen reviews X-rays and images of your teeth with you in near real-time to explain any potential issues. He communicates very clearly and is patient with you while you ask questions. For checkups, Dr. Nguyen and the staff do a terrific job of cleaning your teeth and they take notes to remember if you have any sensitivity issues to remember for your next appointment. This office also does a great job of keeping up with and appropriately applying new technologies, which is very helpful if you happen to need any of them (i.e., cancer screening, etc). Also, if you have any pressing need to see Dr. Nguyen, the staff does their best to schedule you as soon as possible - I've had issues where they fit me in the same morning. The office is very thoughtful and organized.

ALWAYS A+++ service! Dr. Nguyen and his team are the best! I am always treated with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. Everyone always goes above and beyond from the beginning to the end of my visit. They truly care about their patients.

Dr. Nguyen is the best dentist I've ever been to, been going there since 2008. He even calls you after a dental procedure to check on you. The staff is very friendly and well trained to help you. I would highly recommend!

I have been going here since 2002 and continue to go here even though I moved and am no longer close. Hands down, the best service! Always on time, caring, professional, clean, friendly. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Who else can say that?!

Jan 2024 - I am updating my review because my daughter had an accident and cracked a tooth. She was in pain and I was able to talk to Dr. Nguyen the night it happened. I texted him pictures of her teeth and he actually pointed out that she broke two teeth not just one. Thankfully they were still her baby teeth, not permanent ones. He squeezed us in the very next morning, even though I know he already had a full day. He showed us x-rays of her roots and explained to us why he recommended filling the teeth instead of extracting them. It was a challenging procedure, but he fixed her teeth. The office was good about explaining what to eat/drink afterwards. Dr. Nguyen ALWAYS follows up after we have some kind of work done, and he called us that night to check on our daughter. He cares about all of his patients and he sets the tone for the whole office. They are the best.

Everyone in this office is caring, friendly and professional. I recommend Cy-Fair Dental Care to anyone looking for a great dentist.

My family and I have gone to CyFair Dental for 14 years and have loved it since day 1. I love how they schedule patients so there is no waiting, in and out. I also love how gentle Dr and hygienists are with my kids, they actually love going to the dentist! Dr Nguyen also calls and checks on me and my kids after fillings to make sure we are doing good. I highly recommend Cy Fair Dental, the Dr and all his staff are wonderful!
