Great experience
We had a very positive experience using Downing Labs. Our prescriptions were ready quickly and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Honestly speaking, this compounding pharmacy was the worst Pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacy looks so unorganized and unclean it looks like they're packing up to move, but when I asked the lady in the front if they were moving she said NO & laughed.
There was food all over the desk, floor and in the trash and it smelled bad.
The tech lady named Karen is very rude and unpleasant, like she hates her job and doesn't want to be there!! Sorry to be so blunt but that was my experience with her. They do not fill prescriptions promptly or in a timely manner. The first time I got a prescription filled it took them over a month to get it fill. I thought let me try again since this place is conveniently close to work. Oh how I was Wrong!!
The next time I ordered, apparently my prescription got lost between their store locations. How I dont know....
They're so unorganized.
Then by the time I got my prescription they got it wrong!! the dosage was wrong and I had already paid for the medication. So it took them another two weeks to get the right dosage filled correctly.. then and when I went to pick up the new correct dose apparently One of the girls took the prescription home with them and I had to come back the next day. Then the tube it comes in was not available... Seriously!!! Stressed!! So, I called and asked to speak to the owner Ashley and I left her a voicemail and several messages with Karen for her to call me back and apparently she was always in the "Lab" and could never call me back . till this day I'm still waiting for her call. (But I'm not holding my breath) Downing labs is Very unprofessional I would not waste my time, my money nor my energy here again. Im not trying to be mean but this was my personal experience. Another lady told me that she waited over a month to get her prescription filled and they ended up giving it back to her because apparently they couldn't make it after they told her a month before that they could and would.. Clinics in that same building and around the area don't refer patients to downing (so I heard) good luck if you decide to go there.. & I never leave reviews but I thought I would save someone the stress..
