Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Northwest

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was all so friendly, I've never met a hotel staff so friendly. The front desk was helpful with letting me know how to get around the city. There was an incredible live Jazz music one night. I had an issue with my toilet and maintenance came up and fixed it for me right away. The bartender and a woman named Coco were so kind as well, just such nice people all round. Definitely left with a positive feeling about my stay, unfortunately I couldn't tip everyone so this review is the least I can do. Thank you to everyone for the great stay!

The staff is what makes this property stand out. I had a small issue, and it was quickly resolved. It’s a fantastic location to get to other areas in Dallas.

An amazing staff from the manager all the way through housekeeping, very helpful!! I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in this area.

Staff was super friendly and Gavin did a great job of taking care of me and the wife.
Everything was clean and ready to go. Pool is closed sadly but should be open soon.
Located right next door to a quick trip which is very convenient.

Quiet, clean room and with modern amenities! Pool was peaceful and had fun music playing from outdoor speakers although still relaxing for a night swim. Economical price and staff was amazing.

I want to really commend the front receptionist Linitra for her awesome service. I originally booked another hotel for my stay at Dallas. That hotel is under new management and decided to oversell their rooms on Memorial Day weekend so they didn’t have any rooms for me and my two young children even though I booked weeks ahead of time. We were “walked over” to stay at this hotel instead. I explained the situation to Linitra and she was extremely understanding and helpful. Even though it seemed like hotels don’t really want to deal with walkovers because of complications with billing, she went above and beyond to call her coworkers to figure out the process to accommodate us. We really appreciate her helpfulness and hospitality to get us out of this frustrating situation especially being that it was way past the kids’ bedtime.

This hotel was way cleaner and more comfortable than the one we booked so we’re glad things happened this way. Thanks again, Linitra, for all your help and making our trip better.

Nice people here needs remodeling but warm place to lay down

Beautiful comfy. The front desk lady was very friendly and naturally genuine. You could tell she enjoys her jobs and loves people. The room smelled amazing , it is very clean and overall one of the nicer hotels in the area. I do recommend it and thank you for being so sweet maam

At first when I showed up I thought to myself "dang! I picked a drug hotel" from the outside, but I was completely wrong. The room and the inside was amazing and clean. The outside of the hotel definitely needs some maintenance as does the pool which was green. It was also taken back back that breakfast wasn't complimentary but the staff was friendly and very helpful.

My husband and I stayed at the courtyard by Marriott Dallas Northwest for our anniversary. The hotel was lovely and clean and very new looking. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern-looking style and decorations. The check-in/check-out staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The woman who checked us in offered to suggest some dining places in the area. My only complaint is that the elevators are stifling hot. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would choose this hotel again.

The staff was super nice and the rooms looked like they had just been renovated. Overall a very comfortable stay! The exercise room was about a 4 on a scale from 1-10 but still functional.

The Front Desk staff is Amazing I had a smoke smell in my first room. I ask the clerk could she change my room, without hesitation she did and she was very nice. Good job Ashley

I really like the staff at this courtyard. Specifically, Joy in the bistro has been warm and welcoming time and time again as I have stayed. I really like it here. Clean modern rooms, reasonable prices, and a smiling and friendly staff make it great.

Awesome stay despite almost impossible conditions during the 2021 TX blizzard. This was all made possible because of the lady at the front desk (I couldn't catch her name -- night of Monday February 15th), who was incredibly gracious and helpful. There was no/little heat due to the situation, so she was bundled up with a coat and gloves, but she gave it her all. She was still there the following morning. Upon check-in, she calmly advised that power had been intermittent and gave suggestions on how to keep the room as warm as possible if/when the power and heat turned off again (which it did 30 minutes later). Whoever she is, she knows how to make lemonade out of lemons.

As a part of a cultural event we had multiple rooms at this property and the staff took care of all the guests really well. They went above and beyond to make the guest comfortable. I will like to compliment Alex for all the support.

Love this hotel. The room is spacious and love the furniture. The service is great and staffs are very attentive. I'm here for business conference, and through the past couple days, I have observed the hotel did a great job putting this together!

My favorite hotel as of now. Concierge was knowledgeable of surrounding area and willing to direct me to any location nearby. Loved the room. And the bed was amazingly comfortable. Walk in shower put the cherry on the cake

Good experience! Nothing bad to say we came in at 1:30am someone was there to greet us! And got us in a room with no hassle! Room was super clean and nice! And gas station was not far! Loved it!! Will stay here again for sure.

Had a wonderful stay here. The staff was wonderful and the food was great. Would be happy to stay again. I will say that the building is pretty old, but they've done allot to improve it.
