Got there not long before closing but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great selection and wasn't aware of the discounts but they made sure I got them.

I absolutely loved my experience here, everyone was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. It is a smaller store but it is fully stocked and is really nice. The staff is very professional.

The lady who helped us was wonderful. She went above and beyond not only with us but with a lady looking for a specific boot that they didn't have in stock. She found the boots for her at another store. They have a good selection of boots and are reasonably priced. I was surprised when the boots I got were only $75. Highly recommend

I recently came in looking for more western wear for my college game days. The associate that helped Joselyn did such an amazing job. I asked for help from this other worker but she kept choosing all the wrong styles for me. I didn’t get her name but she was an older woman. Joselyn found all the right styles and took time to explain to me about the difference in certain patterns, jeans, and even boots!!! I will definitely be coming back and asking for her because she did such an amazing job.

Decent selection of everything western: straw, wool and felt cowboy hats, boot denim, cowboys boots, belts and tons of accessories. Got all my hats from here and very happy about shopping experience.

Great selection of western wear for all occasions! Very impressed with the amount of employees to help pick out things on a Sunday morning. Really good selection of kids stuff here, including but not limited to boots!

Went in search for a pair of cute boots from TX .... this place has the best boots, hats, and stuff to take a piece of Texas home 🥰 The manager at this location was so nice he helped me quickly find a pair if boots when I was in a rush to catch a flight. Love my boots!

My trucking buddy was in town and needed new boots. I'm a trucker as well living in Oakcliff and I suggested to my friend We shop here. We were greeted and assisted by a very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful individual named Ryan. Ryan helped my friend with his selections of boots and apparel as well as showing me the boot styles for work and everyday environments as well as clothing and accessories. I've already built a mental list of what I am looking to purchase in the next few weeks and will definitely be dealing strictly with him. Great experience. 5 Stars

The customer service is incredible! The women's boots are more decorative then my taste. I was looking for black ostrich quill in a size 10 women's. I was told they don't have those for women and to look at the men's. I didn’t find what I wanted so I went to Luccheses.

Went in store wanting a pair of boots. Only knowing a little of what I wanted. I left the store with 3 different styles that all have a different purpose. I have been into different stores while my visit to Dallas this week however, this store was by far the best in selection, style, store friendly, along with the help of the staff. Military discount of 10% and was given a $30 discount on top of that because of a sale that was going on for anything over $150.00. Thank you for such a great experience. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Went in wanting work boots and casual boots. I haven’t had a pair of boots in 20 years. The associate Mark was extremely helpful. I think I tried on 20 different boots before I found the casual pair I wanted/needed. This man was so patient with me. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and the service I received. I never leave reviews 😂

They are definitely missing a changing table for babies, I had to use a store beach.... they do have a lot of products to offer for babies and Toddlers, it does make sense to make this a more friendly place for all family.
