Lorraine is simply AMAZING!!! I have been going to Lorraine since 2013 and I will follow her wherever she goes. Highland Salon is a beautiful classy place and has one of the best beauticians ever in Lorraine! THIS PLACE IS A MUST GO AND YOU MUST VISIT LORRAINE!!

I've always had great experiences at Highland Salon over many years. Really good stylists are here, facility is clean and elegant, scheduling and front desk is efficient and professional. I was able to make an appointment for same day. Good value for the price. Megan was fantastic and did an amazing job on my haircut. I did a big change and she did a consult with me, asked the right questions, and explained what she was doing during the cutting process. I'm very happy and will be back!

First time at this hair salon and I loved it ! My stylist Stephanie took such good care of my emergency hair needs! After a DIY hair fail, she totally fixed it better than I expected! I had originally booked to get my hair done at TGF salon on Mason but they messed up and didn’t put my name down so I frantically called around to get another appointment and these guys were really helpful. Mai was happy to see me before her next appointment and did such a good job! She didn’t rush and was so friendly! The front of house girls were really great too. Will definitely be coming back and telling my friends to book here.

I've been going to Kadia for about 2 years and I LOVE her! We've gone from all the way blonde back to brown and I've never been disappointed. I have long hair and I'm picky about who handles it because hair dressers have tried to chop it off. The salon itself is gorgeous and the atmosphere is welcoming. Highly recommend ☺

Come to this salon and go to Melissa Karpinski for all your hair care needs! Today I had my first appointment with her, and she took my worst hair cut ever and turned into something I could have never imagined! I feel so beautiful with my fresh new look and I know I couldn't have got the great service anywhere else! I can't wait to go back to Melissa for my touch up! I can't say it enough, go see Melissa! :-)

Reception is very friendly,always call for confirmation. Stephanie is my stylist, always does what I ask and is very sweet. On trend and knows what looks good. She is always on time and does a fantastic job.

We love this salon! It is so beautiful inside, as well as our favorite stylist, Stephanie! She is so patient and takes the time to listen to your ideas, needs and wants of what you want done. We won’t go anywhere else!

I always go to Khanh at Highland Salon for mani/pedi. He knows what he's doing and the massage chairs are awesome. I go to Faye for facials and she is absolutely delightful. I always look forward to what scents she will have each time. I just started seeing YoYo for massages and she is great too. Don't let her size fool you. She is strong! The reception staff is always friendly and personable. I've been coming here for about three years now and they never disappoint. (During Covid-19 they have customers wait in their cars and call/text upon arrival. Your temp is taken at the desk. They wear masks the entire time. For facial/massage, of course, you take off your mask in the room.)

I love this salon. Stephanie Koehl takes such good care of my fine blonde hair. I always struggle finding someone who knows how to take care of my thin hair and I always leave feeling so great!

After having the same hairdresser for seven years in Canada where I used to live, I was almost terrified to try someone new after moving to Katy. Unable to avoid finding someone new, I did some research, heard good things about Highland Salon and in particular, Mindy. The Salon and Mindy did not disappoint. Friendly staff and great facilities. Mindy did a fabulous job on my color and cut. I'm estatic to have found such a great stylist here in Katy. I got home and two of my "transplant" (new to Katy) friends saw it and immediately asked for her info. Mindy is a ten star hairstylist.

Mai Nguyen has been doing our highlights for about 6 years, nobody does highlights better. We had been searching for a stylist abd we went into this shop on Fry to get haircuts and the lovely young blonde at the register had the most beautiful highlights that I had seen in forever so I asked her "who did your highlights" and she motioned towards the back and said Mai has been doing my highlights for years. We have never been disappointed. I have a picture of my daughter's waist length blonde hair at Highland Salon after highlights with Mai. I will try to find it and share. I think it is on the cloud somewhere. Now, she is a platinum blonde in Austin but it is time for me to phone Mai for an appointment.

I've never been disappointed by a haircut I've received here. Being a guy, it's difficult to find a stylist who can work with medium length hair and not turn it into short hair. So, having found this place, I've been going here for years and still do despite now living in the Heights area. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon.

Kadia is amazing! She has been doing my hair for three years and I really love it.

I went to see Kim Vo and she was great. It was my first time here but I felt really comfortable in her hands. I highly recommend her for your hair needs.

Have been seeing Martha Delagarza there for years, till she opened her own shop then was flooded during Harvey.... she is back at Highland Salon till remodeling is done.....their are numerous beauticians at Highland and do awesome jobs...but Martha is my pick, she stays up with current styles, and takes however much time you need to feel great about your doo....very friendly laid back personality will put a smile on your face ALWAYS.....

Mindy, Mindy, Mindy. Did what I asked, very professional, attentive and reasonable. I walked into this salon and just knew I would pay a fortune. Not so. I am thrilled and will stay with Mindy until one of us dies. Thanks!
