We had a good experience here. The service was friendly and fast. They have tables inside and outside. They have highchairs and an awesome playground. It is all fenced in and the ground is padded so it is safe and fun for the kids. The food was really good too. They have fun sauces by the drinks and napkins station. My husband ordered their classic burger and I got their grilled chicken sandwich. I would definitely recommend this place.

First time here with the family, it was great! Food was awesome, and the young man at the register was so kind a professional!! Best customer service we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back :)

They have gluten free fried chicken sandwiches with gluten free bread. I no longer have the FOMO with Chick-fil-A. Add a glass of decent wine to your meal and you are set to indulge. There are plenty of seating options. My toddler enjoys this place just as much as I do.

I usually rate places high as long as they’re edible and have decent service because I know bad reviews can really hurt a small business. This place, however, blows just about every other place I’ve been out of the water. Possibly the best burger I’ve ever had, and the customer service was great. My mask broke while I was there and the guy was very nice and went out to his truck to see if he had extras. It’s not close to where I live, but I will be returning 100%

A great place for families. Delicious food, with sauces you won't find anywhere else. Nice gluten-free options too. Really fun playground for kids 3-9 years old. Incredibly friendly staff, some of whom even remember you upon return visits. It's a favorite of my family, and we love coming back again and again.

Delicious burgers, love the toasted buns. French fries were very crisp and perfectly salted. The shakes stole the show, velvety texture, I didn't want it to end.

The staff that works here is outstanding!! We came here 3 wks ago & were welcomed like royalty--everyone we encountered was so friendly, warm & welcoming. We have been back every week since & it has been the same. They even thanked us by name when we left the first visit. Cannot rave enough about these amazing people who work here!! ❤

Love, love, love this place! The food is always fresh, their burgers are always juicy, the sweet potato fries are top notch - the service is consistently great! Ps. You have to try their chocolate milkshake, it's 💣

Not only where the burgers delicious there are also reasonably priced and the staff was so attentive it felt like being at home. When they found out this was our first time there they took the time to explain the menu and just about all of the options.
We will most definitely be back!!

This is the right way to serve gluten-free. All sides are gluten free & there is a gf bun option for burgers if you opt out of their flash fried chicken nuggies.... they are to die for!! So yum! Always served with a smile & quickly. So much love from a person with celiacs disease & even more love from a happy doggo.

This place is always a fantastic place. Customer service and food are perfect every time!

One of my favorite local businesses to pay homage to. They make fantastically delicious, wallet friendly food. I don't enjoy listening to kids screaming on their built in playground, but I tend to go during the weekdays for lunch now for a more peaceful experience.

They're sweet potato fries are to die for this used to be to pokey Joe's barbecue place had Creek has done a phenomenal job replacing PokeJos BBQ!

Safe environment for families to bring their kids to and play in the playground as well as plenty of seating and reliable Wi-Fi and outlets!

Many times I will come here to just chill and get work done! :)

Note this is a nationwide franchise and yet they do a great job sourcing organic ingredients, hire and retain friendly customer service, and clean restrooms for men and women.

We came here for my grandson's 6th birthday party. It's a great venue for a laid-back kids' party. I had the sweet potato fries with the Hat Sauce. Yum. I also had the chicken nuggets and they were VERY good. I was surprised by the quality. Not that I was expecting anything bad, because it's a nice place, but c'mon, chicken nuggets? I would go back just for them!

My wife had been wanting to try this place for a long time. There was a gentleman named Ben that worked the drive-thru and was working the floor. His customer service skills are top-notch. They have some great burgers and it is kid friendly. Our 3 kids loved the little playground. Hat Creek, you will see my family again! Thank you! Oh and as for your employee, Ben! He was extremely helpful and kind. Keep this young man on your team!
