RK Audiology - Westlake

Victoria was great! I went to Victoria for a consultation because she was in the network recommended by Dr Cliff. I couldn't be more pleased with my visit.RK Audiology had all the latest equipment and Victoria answered all of my questions. I was completely sure that I had found the best audiologist !! I thought I would have to make another appointment for a hearing test, but was happy that Victoria was able to follow-up at the same appointment with a hearing test. Victoria took the time to explain the results and discuss her recommendations and my options based on my test results. I had specific criteria in my selection process and all boxes were checked. I am so glad I chose RK AUDIOLOGY and specifically Victoria.

RK Audiology has a great atmosphere along with the staff being compassionate and putting you at ease. The waiting area has a coffee house feel, peaceful and comfortable. Victoria is so knowledgeable and very kind! It has been a wonderful experience!

Was called into the office almost as soon as I arrived. Dr. explained everything to me in understandable terms. Explained what was needed to be done to slow the issue down. Answered all my questions in simple terms. Will return if needed.

I’ve been coming here since 2010. I am always satisfied and happy, because they are so thorough. The whole staff is excellent and on top of things. I will only come here to get my hearing aids taken care of. They have integrity, which is hard to find these days.

Very nice office/waiting area. Nothing like the nightmare office I used to go to. They responded to my inquiry, unlike other audiologists. They replaced my rechargeable hearing aid batteries, which was what I needed. They did not try to sell me something for thousands of dollars like another office did. These guys are my new audiologists for life 😀

If you're on the fence about getting hearing aids, just go ahead and get them. My quality of life has really improved since getting my hearing aids. There are a lot of online / direct to consumer options out there, but do yourself a favor and get tested / fitted at RK Audiology - Westlake. Mine are custom fitted for sound and RK Audiology has been there to help service my hearing aids (and ears) whenever there is a problem. Best of all, my hearing aids were covered by insured after a recent swim in Barton Springs and RK Audiology helped me obtain a replacement pair for the price of the deductible on one (the other water logged aid was covered under warranty). Great team out there.

I was worried that i had managed to get a hearing aid some stuck deep in one ear, but wasn't 100% sure. I called RK and Victoria contacted me several times to make sure i could come in that same day. She looked into my ear with her videoscope and there it was - we could see a hearing aid dome crammed deep in my ear. She removed the dome and explained that there was no damage to the eardrum and only a few minor abrasions to the ear canal - nothing to worry about.

I am grateful to Victoria for working hard to work me into her schedule for the day rather than make me wait for Monday.

Love the friendly and professional doctor over here (you do need to make an appointment) but my ear was clean pretty well and they even put alcohol in it after too to help it dry faster. Would definitely coming back next year for my annual ear cleaning.

I visited RK Audiology - Westlake to have ear impressions made for in-ear monitors. The appointment was easy to schedule and Victoria did a great job explaining the process and making painless impressions. Would recommend!

An excellent practice with compassionate, knowledgeable and seasoned professionals who always know the many tricks to improve my hearing. I highly recommend all the practitioners.

Had an appt. with Victoria Villarreal to program my hearing aid. Two other audiologists programmed them previously but I never felt like they were working properly. In one visit, Dr. Villarreal's best practices programming process allowed me to hear the way I had hoped when I bought my hearing aid. During the visit, she was explained everything she was doing and I never felt rushed or pressured. I highly recommend Dr. Villarreal for your hearing aid needs.

Excellent providers. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. I wear lyric hearing aids and they always take such good care of me. My brother wears Lyric hearing aids too and sees them as well - same sentiments. We are both thrilled to have found a provider we love!

Great experience helping me get custom IEM sleeves! Had an issue with the first item delivered, and RK was great in helping me through the process of getting the perfect product from an alternative supplier.

I had been going with cheaper hearing aids from a different place, but had difficulty understanding conversation. With the hearing aids Victoria at RK Audiology recommended for me, I understand conversation much better. And I can even hear music again after 25 years of missing out on it. I only wish I had found Victoria at RK Audiology sooner!

Great place to have your heraing tested. Doctor takes the time to expain your hearing problems in detail. Does not try to push products.

OK I haven't been to that many audiology clinics - but RK is great. It was easy to make an appointment and the wait was less than a week. They are responsive to e mails. The space is comfortable, the technology is advanced, Dr. Tony is a treasure and I love my new hearing aids!
