I give it a 4.8. The food and service were amazing, but the dining area was very hot and humid. I'd eat here a lot if i lived closer, but i would probably get it to go.

Very nice staff, overall nice atmosphere/setting besides some bubble walls being out (not a big deal), and the food is always wonderful!!! Not sure I've ever had bad food or service here?

The service, environment, food, and pricing were all more than ideal here. The food was brought out fast and the server was funny and attentive. The environmental is themed incredibly, they had led lights that worked incredibly well with the textured walls to give an incredible effect and the white walls went so well with the black ceiling providing for a very cozy and comfortable space. The tables are more well lit than most other dine-in restaurants and the restaurant was cleaner than I expected a strip mall Chinese/Japanese restaurant to be. The food came out so fast and the menu was very large and had anything I could want from here since this is a hibachi/japenese/Chinese restaurant so they have it all it seems. The food was very good and I left full, which isn't always the case when you go somewhere for the express purpose of eating sushi. Yumm Thai sushi and bar in downtown Florence has similar food but except over twice as expensive with no noticeable difference in quality, while rice box is high quality and gives you great value for your purchases. I spent 9 dollars total on food including tax, I bought two sushi rolls, which came with a great salad and a mid mido soup. Their sushi is so savory and it's textured very well, it's significantly better than Publix sushi in terms of texture and flavor profile. I had a really good time there and walked in and out very fast at lunch time due to their fast service, and the fact I didn't have to wait long for my food or bill.

Always good. Honestly we've never had a bad experience here, it's always made to our order and I have good allergies they accommodate. We really love this place.

The food is always great! The dining rooms' layouts always make the rooms feel crowded even when they aren't busy. The lighting choices are not for me. I only get take out now because the atmosphere to me is just too overwhelming. The people are nice, but there's so much going on I think sometimes they seem overwhelmed which stresses me out. Just order take out and you'll have a great meal!

The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress was on top of her game! Very clean and relaxing environment. We will be going back again.

The Chinese Donuts are the best snack fresh and warm!

A fine place for oriental dining. Well staffed with experienced cooks, and helpful waiters. Food is served quickly and beautifully presented. Fairly price with generous portions. Been in same location for years.

Sushi Lunch... Delicious! New special rolls at Rice Box... The Love Roll and the Hawaii Roll. They also have a special right now that if you purchase a special roll you get a Maki roll for Free. Amazing prices, quick getting your food to your table, and consistently good ever since they opened. I also love all of their hibachi meals. #ricebox #sushi

I've also been eating here for a decade now, this is my go to place for sushi in this area. Best service, prices, and portion sizes around. Highly recommend you try them.

The food was extraordinary!! My family and I have been looking for some good Asian cuisine here in Alabama and this was definitely good! The restaurant is really beautiful and the bathrooms are clean. They serve really good potstickers, and veggie lo main. I absolutely recommend this place if you plan on coming here or getting takeout!
