Family Fare Supermarket

I just left a bit ago and I had the nicest person help me! His name was Aaron and holy cow did he save my day/night and was the sweetest while helping me! What a great employee they have in him! Thank you again and I will definitely be back again! Best customer service I’ve had since before covid honestly!

They had great specials going this week. Bacon, buy 2 pkgs get 3 free. Buy 2 pkgs. of pork sizzlers get 3 free. Buy 2 pkgs. of Gold Fish crackers get 3 free. We picked up a few other items and it rang up for $119.00. we hit the pay now button and dropped down to $60.00 and our freezer is full.

Family Fare bakery had my order ready for me on the 21st. The young man in the bakery was ready with my order. He was friendly and yet still professional.
As always the pharmacy staff had my medications ready for me.

Wonderful Large Store. Great variety. Love the discount on gas. Use your value card.

The family fare on Washington in holland is so amazing. Im behind on my kids birthday party for tomorrow called around 2pm for a cake for tomorrow they took the order and are having it made for me. Then have balloons I need blown up, I call again and they are blowing them up for me after every other place I called won't do it. Thank you so much for helping make my kids party turn out great. Amazing customer service from the team I talked to.

Family Fare is the best grocery store within 25 miles of Holland , saugatuck area! Freshest foods best assortments of everything great prices .

They still have old fashion values as far as shopping goes, there's still bag boys, and others who've I've actually seen helping the elderly out to their cars, or they care to ask hey how your days going? this to me is so much more than these express stores where they ring your 81 items up in about a minute or so which is fast, but they broke anything fragile in my groceries so that evening I wasn't having tostada's cause they were now corn chips lol but it's okay life goes on, there's always a Family Fare around the corner!

I was pretty impressed when I first walked into this Family Fare. It's one of the more "fancy" Family Fare's I've been to. I've lived in several cities throughout West Michigan and might rate this one as the best. Well stocked, clean and presented nicely. Employees have always been helpful.

Friendly staff; always able to find everything I need.

Large selection of quality produce, appealingly arranged. Excellent selection of beers and wines. All this as you enter the store. Great selection of food stuff, large deli, gourmet popcorn, frozen delights, fresh cut fruit and much, much more. All this and great prices. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Fun place to shop and we always leave with more than what we planned on purchasing. Highly recommend.

Excellent, hometown store. When I think "Holland" and "Groceries", Family Fair is the next thought. Nice folks, great selection of anything & everything, and always open later than any other grocery store in the area. Its the place that the locals go to, so it must be the best!

Love them because they alwayssssss have what I need, but you definitely fina pay the price. My fav cashier is Aaron, always so nice & sweet. & impressively remembers my name. the store ALWAYS neat, clean & organized also my fav thing about them.

I have a lot of appreciation for the staff at at my family fate around the corner I always end up with a smile and the helpful service is definitely a big part of that.

Great place to shop and close to home.

I love this place! They have very friendly staff and their Fast Lane option is amazing if your on the go. U can order thru their app or online, chose a time to pick-up your groceries and never have to even get out of your vehicle. They do charge a small fee for this service or they also offer a yearly subscription for a VERY reasonable price. If you use this service more than 8 times in a year, the subscription will pay for itself. Definitely worth it!

Family Fare is always a positive experience when I go in the sales staff are very kind and very helpful in assisting me to find anything. The produce is always very fresh and the apples always shiny. I enjoy shopping here and I feel that the quality of the food is up-to-date and you never see anything that is a mess that is not cleaned up right away. It's designed perfectly with the Starbucks to get you a nice triple shot before shopping. Keep up the good work Family Fare!
