Great gym. Very clean and organized. Best thing are the private bathrooms- there are several small but full bathrooms there with everything you need to privately get cleaned up and, in my case, dressed for work.

Great place to go workout and relive some stress. They have an awesome staff and friendly trainers. Affordable meal plans that actually works I lost 63lbs. in 7 months. I will be 30 in a couple of weeks and I'm in the best shape of my life. Thanks to Nathan, Maloney and everyone at the gym.

There are trainers on sight. the staff are all knowledgeable and easy to work with. lots of machines and free weights. I find that a lot of my friends are there. great for all ages.

A gym can’t be done much better than this. Very clean with a large variety of workout equipment and a excellent staff.

I like going here because you have alot of space between the equipment. There is also a variety of equipment to use.
