The individuals at the branch in Traverse City are wonderful to work with. They are knowledgeable on their products and the industry in general. I always get quick responses to my inquires. Polly is particularly helpful and a pleasure to work with. I feel like family when I go in there.

These bankers r superb and trustworthy! Their system is streamline and modern but it is bankers who enhance the system! Thanks to Connor n Doug! They r meticulous like at Wall st. Point is they guys r smart, knowledgeable, punctual! U won’t be disappointed when u get these guys! They r very humble too! Very respectable! They provided the best banking experience! That sums up our pleasant experience from online banking despite being out of state.

Our family had a wonderful experience with Jodi, who exceeded our expectations. We were mourning the loss of a family member and finalizing financials when Jodi assisted with not only our needs through First National Bank but also needs we had regarding another financial institution. She really saved us when we needed it most, not only professionally, but also emotionally.

I don't have to have my account number at the ready when I come in because everyone knows who I am. I do both my personal and business banking and always feel that I am in good hands. 12-8-2021: Wow! Has it been four years since I posted my first review??? Still receiving the same great service even though I moved away from Traverse City. Donna has continued to help me with several alternative saving account options.

For most of my many years I have always completed my banking transactions remotely via a credit union in Saginaw. But after signing up with FNBA I look forward to the face-to-face service at my local branch. The tellers are very friendly and make a sincere effort to make sure I am a satisfied customer. (We have a lot of fun conversations, too!) Keep up the good work Donna, Polley, Jodi, and all the staff!

Seriously the best bank around. Being able to walk in and be greeted by name is the best feeling. The staff at First National Bank of America always has my back and I feel so safe giving my money to this bank! They really care about their customers and watching out for them! Jodi Harrand from First National Bank was the most efficient and pleasant person to deal with opening new accounts. The same experience at another bank took most of my Morning. Jodi had prepared all documents and we were out of bank in 16 minutes.

I work with almost all major banks and without any doubt, FNBA it's the best bank to work with. When it comes to take care of their clients they really mean it, they pay the best interest rates not just on CD's but checking and MM accounts. I have no complains at all. Love working with them specially with Jodi she is amazing, she takes great care of her clients.There is not enough words to describe her, she is just over the top.

We had several years business banking with FNB and Jodi, Donna & Polly, they are all wonderful to work with. The most professional and helpful people. Recently, my father asked me to manage his estate for him because he is 94 and has difficulty remembering things. One of the first things I did was to contact four banks where he had certificates of deposit and ask them to attach my power of attorney to those accounts. I got a response from Connor at First National Bank within a few hours. He explained what I needed to do (precisely). I returned the information to him and he got back to me the within a day or two and explained that everything was good and that I needed to sign a signature card. It was waiting in my email inbox. I did so and there was a slight problem (my mistake). Connor got back to me within the hour and explained the process. The entire procedure took 3-4 days. The other banks? I have yet to hear from them. Draw your own conclusions.

Remember the good old days when you could actually call your banker and have a human being answer the phone? This bank is that bank! Service is top notch. People are friendly and go out of their way to help you out with whatever you need. We have a business account and a personal account and we highly recommend First National Bank of America in Traverse City.

I'm on the Board at our condo & the other day I went to 2 different banks that we use. The business I had to take care of was the same at both banks. At First National Bank I worked with Jodi & because of how efficient & organize she was, it took half the time as the other bank.

I have been banking with FNBA for many years with a variety of account types; personal, business and money market savings. Unlike other banks I used in the past, their format, fees and policies are excellent and help me keep track of my transactions. I have had a variety of issues which required extra work and research on their part and all were met with exceptional and timely results! And to make matters even better, the staff is always "genuinely" friendly, very helpful and professional!
