CVS

I have had pretty sad experiences with CVS. We are REQUIRED to use CVS, with UPS insurance. The last 2 times in a year I've had a UTI.The script was not available, but I was not contacted, I should of been hospitalized by the time I had it transferred to Rite Aid. This last experience was more pleasurable, Sally is a God sent. After I called, she realized they could not fill my script, she was very time sensitive in calling me back♡ I was having surgery that day and I was able to have the script transferred. Sally is certainly a person that cares❤ I appreciate her service. That's the ONLY reason there is a 5 star, Sally you rock!!!!!

Shout out to Sallie, the pharmacist!
Our family has been getting our flu and covid vaccines through this pharmacy over the last year and a half. The online appointment process is easy, the location and evening weekend appointment times are convenient for us. Most of all, and the reason for taking the time to leave this review, is the pharmacy staff is always very friendly and competent. They are juggling so much, yet have always gotten the job done right.
Today our family, including our young son, got our covid booster and flu shots. Sallie, the pharmacist who administered the vaccine was excellent! She really made an effort to connect with our son to make sure he felt comfortable. Thank you for all you do!

The young woman working the Traverse City drive thru 5.3.23 was absolutely the sweetest! I had to tell her how her smiles really brightened my day. Thank you for all you do during a time when I’m sure there are many frustrations.

After my Walgreens turmoil I went through, I ended up at CVS, they were courteous, explained everything clearly, and make my prescription transfers easy. I learned they were short staffed and it still was a seamless transition. Sallie was the greatest. Thank you

Very nice store! Convenient to the heart of downtown. Attractively landscaped and easy-to-access free parking lot with plenty of spaces. Also close to Munson Hospital for prescription pick-ups! Right at the intersection of M31 and W Front Street.

Very polite staff, knowledgeable pharmacy staff. Good cvs products and coupons are great!

I can load cash onto my Amex Serve debit card for free here at CVS just by giving money and my card to the cashier! Convenient location, nice service and good selection of pharmacy stuff of course.

I had a good experience. I came in asked where what I needed was they told me, I got it and I left. Quick in an out. Yes, and it had plenty of parking, impressive for down town.
