I called on the phone and the representative was very helpful. Patient was able to put my needed piece to the side. When I walked in everything was all set they signed me up for auto rewards. I appreciate the help and there excellent customer service

This definitely the best auto parts retailer and replacement store in the North America at a very moderate price. I was here with my friend and his mechanic to buy steering oil few days ago. The associates were very warm and courteous. This place is close to the road and can be easily seen from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able.

No issues here. Brought in a bad battery and found out that it was under warranty. They replaced it no problem. Thank you.

I must leave a very positive experience that I had with the New Haven location.
I came into the store early on June 22, 2022. My car wouldn't start and I needed a jump to bring the car to Auto Zone to purchase a new battery. My plight was that my daughter had a oral surgeon appointment that morning to take a biopsy of a tumor found in her gum.
The manager of auto Zone was very short staffed and the employee with the truck was already out doing runs and she could not allow me to take the "self jumper cable machine" to jump my car. So I had no choice but to wait for a bit. The manager sympathized with my situation and was very understanding of my situation. After a while, she allowed her employee to meet me at my car location with jumper cables ( only a few blocks from store). He met me , jumped the car and I returned to the store with my vehicle. That same employee , after I purchased a new battery removed the old one and put in the new one and I was off to the appointment.
I just wanted to acknowledge how they went out of their way to accommodate me and my situation.
The manager on duty was named Candy and the young man who helped me with my vehicle was Tymaine.
I meant to do this review earlier, however; dealing with day to day things, I put it off, but because they gave me such a great customer service, I needed to let Auto Zone head quarters know that they have caring employees and they deserve recognition.

To say my experience with this location was amazing is an understatement. As soon as i came in, Luis made it top priority to assist me as i was in dire need of a tire replacement being that i was left 2 hours from home in another state by myself with really nobody to help me. He went above and beyond to assure that not only was my car going to be taken care of, but so was I. I’ve never came across a complete stranger who was as selfless and genuine as he was to me, ensuring the safety of me and my vehicle. Kandy also helped tremendously by being in connect with a location who was able to help. An absolutely amazing experience, i don’t know what i would’ve done without them. literally the best!

I needed some serious help woth my car and I am new in town. I thought the lowest-stakes solution would be to go to Autozone to get an expert opinion. Store manager Rubiel was absolutely incredible: knowledgeable, welcoming, and extremely professional. Rubiel, if you ever read this, know that you really turned my day around!!

My windshield wiper broke during moderate rainfall this morning. I was helped immediately, and the employee replaced them for me. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as well
