I want to express my gratitude for Erin, one of the manager at Crate and Barrel, for delivering a truly spectacular level of service. Her dedication and assistance went beyond expectations, making my shopping experience exceptional. Erin's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. We recently purchased a dining room table and had an excellent experience with the Assistant Store Manager, Erin B. She was amazing with her customer service skills, helping us match our own chair, and then to our surprise she even carried out our own chair for us. We had a small bump in the road with our delivery and she took care of that too. Erin handled all of this with genuine care and an enthusiastic attitude! It's not just the sale, but the service with the sale that made our experience amazing!

What a fun place. They have SMEG! Also, I bought these really wide and low latte cups - which clearly look amazing on my home machine.

Such a nice location! Spacious and clean. Everyone is helpful but not pushy. We went to have a “Goldilocks” experience on the furniture and had a blast! Lots to try. We found a great sectional that suits us, and Fran is helping us order it. So easy and great. Most importantly, I’ve never been disappointment by the quality of their products including chairs that we sit in all the time.

From the moment I walked into the store, from the greeter to the cashier, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was purchasing a gift and they wrapped each glass individually, boxed it up, added a carrying handle & gift tag...VERY nice! This was my first time in this store and I was quite impressed.

I enjoy walking in this store as they put sales and deals.in different places between regular priced items. I can get an item I need at a decent price and then get something very discounted with it. We enjoy the Christmas time displays. Jeff, our sales person today, was extremely pleasant and helpful, which enabled us to get some Christmas gifts solved that we hadnt planned on. Well lit and well stocked store with plenty of parking.

My Husband and I came in to review the Nespresso machines.
The SA, Jan instantly came up to us and asked us if we needed any help. She was extremely knowledgeable about the systems. Honestly, she SOLD us this machine. Told us the details, how neat the nespresso coffee cups indicate how big the cup will be, and even stood with us to review some of the other nespresso models available to see if those would fit our needs as well. We did not come in with intent to purchase Cups but she went and grabbed some cups to show us a demonstration of how the coffee system works. (We ended up purchasing the clear coffee mugs with the Nespresso system as well). You would think they work off of Commission base because of how friendly she was and her willingness to help but no she/they don't. We then went to check out and had a lovely experience with the ladies at the front & manager of the store. Overall, such a great experience and we will be returning in a week to purchase more. So refreshing to be around people who take pride in their jobs and love what they do.

Lobmve this C & B. Items are very nice. They must have good managers and/or its a good location to work at. I go a handful of time throughout the year and always see the same employees. Those employees are very nice snd very friendly! To be honest, their helpfulness and friendly approach is what keeps them as my first stop when looking for kitchen and dining items.

I purchased 2 noodle bowls with chopsticks about a week and a half ago as a Christmas gift in the Geneva Commons store, and had it gift wrapped at checkout. They accidentally forgot to include my chopsticks as they wrapped the bowls, and I didn’t realize it until my brother opened the gift on Christmas Day. I called the day after Christmas and asked if by chance they had noticed them left out of the box and maybe had set them aside. They had! They had set them aside in a special bag with a note and my order number on the bag, and they knew exactly who I was when I called! The staff there is always so helpful and kind/friendly when I go to that Geneva Commons store, and I am very thankful for them! Thank you for your great customer service! Happy Holidays!

Ordered something online and realized I just didn't like it. Returned it to the local store and they were kind enough to reorder me something new online :-) Love our local Crate & Barrel! The employees are very friendly and very helpful!

I enjoy traditional brick and mortar shopping. With all the things to pick from shopping was fun. And the staff make the whole experience personal, friendly, and festive. Cant get that shopping from your computer.

Beautiful store and so many wonderful products. Not overpriced like so many people assume. Best spot to register your wedding at!
