The gentleman there was perfect, knew everything about mattresses that we needed and was able to direct us to what we were looking for. Very little pressure, just really helpful. Got us a price we were happy with. Great experience.

Store was pristinely clean, all mattresses on the showroom floor were perfectly clean and in perfect condition. Wide range of styles. Prices are exactly what you see online everywhere without any haggling needed, some were lower by a few hundred dollars.

The gentleman selling the mattresses when we went was able to get us an even better deal as well once we decided on the mattress we wanted.

Customer service was outstanding. Richard was a great help and was patient with us no matter how many beds we tried out. He actually made us feel welcome and was helpful every step of the way. Thanks for an enjoyable experience.

This is the second stop while looking for a mattress. I talked with Jack, EXTREMELY helpful and happy with my purchase. Jack asked if he could preform a zero gravity demonstration. Jack was professional and personable.

Update (after delivery process)
One of our items was out of stock. We were given the delivery date. The day before, I received a call with my 2 hour delivery window. I also received a text to confirm the delivery window. The delivery was in the two hour window, and two people brought items to the bedroom and assembled and tested the functions of the bed support. (I had the room prepared with the old matress moved and out of the room. I had to sign once setup was completed. VERY smooth process.

Bed and support are great and I am very happy with the purchase and the process with Matress Firm.

Richard was awesome. Patient and gracious, knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging without pressure. All the good things. We purchased a Black C-Class King mattress and are very confident it’ll be a great spot to spend a third of our lives.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. A mattress that I had purchased in the past was no longer avaliable. He offered several options as alternative mattresses and I was able to find one that was just as comfortable and supportive as my old one.

We had a great experience in the store. Very thorough explanations and no high pressure at all. We were able to make several decisions and purchases.

The guys were very informative and educated us. Even though we had already settled on a pricey mattress, they showed us options that were more reasonable but hit the needs we had. Very nice people as well, never felt pressured. Chris was polite, answered our questions and gave us space to decide.
