Sidney Dairy Barn

We had some time to kill and found our way to this place. The ice cream was really good we had a hot fudge sundae and a brownie batter tornado. I tried them both and they were fantastic. The hot fudge was very good and the tornado which is like a blizzard was real good as well.

Great ice cream and treats. Very courteous and helpful crew. Never miss the lemon ice cream days! (But they all good!) Drove straight through from Arizona to make certain I could get their ice cream before sleeping!

We tried the mint ice cream with chocolate syrup today. I was transformed to an alternate universe. The wind blew kisses in my face. The sun sparkled everything it touched. And the clouds on the horizon were smiling at me. When I came back to reality I was not upset for having come back... I was happy for having had the experience. I am changed. Forever.

Great atmosphere, with shaded benches amid the village. Service is very fast. Ice cream tastes great, and the taste is enhanced by the lovely setting.

You wouldn’t think of putting a nice ice cream place in Sidney, but this local shop is a gem. You can get ice cream, a blizzard (tornado), or one of the other specialties. I’d recommend the black raspberry! A small tornado was enough for 2 people to share. There’s also nice seating (some covered) to hangout outdoors (no indoor seating). Check it out!!

I love the Dairy Barn! The ice cream is so yummy, and the staff is super friendly! The family that took over the buissness has done a wonderful job of maintaining originality, while adding newness to the experience! Sidney Dairy Barn will always be my go-to for a friendly ice cream environment.

I heard about the Sidney Dairy Barn’s ice cream from Champaign so I had to make the drive. So glad I did! Definitely recommend the chocolate cone and a larger pint to go! Will be back regularly and for the bumper sticker. Best ice cream in the area

This place is a great example of what small towns are all about. Great ice cream and wonderful service. Don't expect candles and fine dining. The dairy barn is a friendly, neighborhood ice cream stand.

Their internet was down so I couldn't use Google Pay and I wasn't carrying my wallet so they just gave me the icecream anyway. Super kind staff and amazing icecream!!!

I'd been wanting a chocolate malt milkshake.
The ones I had at other places just weren't doing it for me. So, when we found ourselves there over the weekend, I was inspired to ask for one. I ordered a chocolate ice cream - hot fudge - triple malt shake. It was fabulous!

Today was mint. Had a mint Hard Top. Photo is my daughter’s marshmallow sundae. 🤤

This is by far the BEST Ice Cream I’ve EVER had in my life!!! The service is fast and friendly and the atmosphere is absolutely ADORABLE!! My family and I live little over an hour away and visit at least 5 times a month or more! The ice cream is sooo worth the drive!!! I absolutely recommend a visit!

I got the vanilla ice cream with hot fudge and it was so good. I was only there to visit my husband's family as we live in Abilene Texas. It may be a couple years before we make another trip up there.
