Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I get simple stuff but I am pleased! I love a smash burger with pepperjack and it was so yummy! The small/skinny fries aren't really my style but the taste is great. My chocolate shake seemed to be on the darker chocolate side which to me, was THE BEST but I could see how its not sweet enough for others. We will be back!

The place was clean and the service was friendly.
The girl at the register was awesome, the manager checked on our satisfaction.
They have a nutrition guide, but it doesn't have information on the nutritional values of the buns (for those of us who are following the keto lifestyle.)
I believe I saw a vegan burger option, though being keto I didn't verify that.

The great taste of Freddy's now in Edwardsville! Stopped in to try out this new location. Plenty of staff, food preperation was fast and tasted great. I think they have the best custard around. I enjoyed the original double with cheese, fries and a cod sandwich. I usually eat my fries plain, but I enjoy their Freddy's sauce in both flavors when I dine here. Would recommend to everyone.

I absolutely love the hamburgers. I had cheese on it. And the fries are fantastic. I especially loved the Oreo and Peppermint shake. I can't wait until they open one near me.

Great place good food and service but have been to a lot of Freddy's. The atmosphere is the same at all of them at this type of fast food it's all about the service. And they have very good service.

I love coming to Freddy’s with my family. The kids love it. This is by far the best Freddy’s I’ve come to yet. The chicken tenders were DELICIOUS

I used to think I didn’t like Freddys but it turns out I just didn’t like the other locations! Thank you for a delicious quick option for me to pick up before I grabbed my kiddo from school so we can head to extracurriculars.

The food and Staff are amazing, I love it and my Brother is friends with some if the staff and are very kind to customers. 10/10 I go regularly and I always love it. My order is never wrong and the fry sauce is good both regular and jalapeno. I'm going for my birthday which is soon! The frozen custard is amazing as well, People say the fries are like Steak N' Shake fries but I think they are better they are also more hot and fresh. This is why I rate it a 5 star-review.

Great burger and fries. Fun custard options. Great service. I bugged multiple employees about extra water cups, extra toppings for the kids, etc. and they were all friendly and helpful. Worth your money! Don't go to the similar place across the street...you'll stand 15 minutes just waiting for a clean table with no help and no welcome greeting. Multiple bad experiences there. Multiple good experiences at Freddy's. Thanks for being the obvious choice for a steakburger! Even during a busy crowded Friday lunch rush!!

Had steak n shake the week before anf thought i would try freddys and food and service was 10xs better than steak n shake just across the street my new fav 😍

I can say I have had many visits to Freddy's and i have never ever been disappointed
Once again folks for me its quality food at fair prices, that's the bar
I am not the largest fan of the fries because they do loose their appeal fairly quickly
I am ok with dine in because yiu get to have the meals fresh and hot ..never been sad cold food that's possible from some certain other food establishments.
However..since Covid 19 I find it's not as good for me because it take 5 to 10 minutes to get back with food to enjoy.that time is enough to make fries less appealing. They're OK

Just love this place. Tried there cheese curds and they are by far the best I've ever had. Burgers and damn good too. Ice cream is some of the best around. Make sure to stop in and try it for yourself

Always hot and fresh food. Cheese fries are to die for, I get them every time. Custard is great and you can order it ahead of time so you don't have to wait after your food is done. Always great staff, great atmosphere. I have and will come often.
