The place is clean the staff were nice they made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in they have good security I'm glad I picked this place the prices are great they don't try and rip you off

I have been using LockBox Storage for just under a year now. Getting set up in the right size unit was easy with staff assistance. They took me in to look at a few before making a decision. The "Self Serve" entry system and hours of operation make getting to my unit easy and convenient. The property is very well maintained. I can't remember ever seeing any litter anywhere on the property. My unit was very clean and still is. With the entire lot paved there's has been little to no dust accumulation on my belongings. I would definitely recommend LockBox Storage to friends and family.

I applied for a unit online and was able to purchase it even though my application didn't fully save all my info. The manager Jeff was very helpful in helping me finish filling it out instead of denying it or something. Would greatly recommend this place! Thanks

This lockbox storage facility in Council Bluffs is going to be a great addition to the area. Its new and under great management. The staff is professional and know how to run a storage business. I for one, will be recommending this to all my friends.
