May be because of the time of day (morning) Driver showed up earlier than given time frame which was great for me! Fair priced and the driver was friendly and sociable. No long waits or rudeness. I would def try again

UPDATE: June 2022 Quad City continues with its personable and friendly drivers! This morning I was fortunate enough to Have Bradley who's a good personable guy! Keep it up guys!!!

Cab service was exceptional. Dispatch /Customer service was very helpful and adjusted to the needs of the rider. Driver went to pick up the rider and he was not able to get off of the boat. The driver spoke to the Wilson Locks and Dam to arrange a time to come back and get him. Could not ask for better service and rates!

I have used this service personally for my patients that needed a wheel chair van and they we're ALWAYS available, if they happen to be late it was ALWAYS 3-5min and ALWAYS called. EVERYONE that took was VERY respectful, professional they would pick us up, drop off at Dr apt and we would call when finished and in 2-3 max pick us up, take for a hair cut sometimes and waited there, took us back home. They ALWAYS loaded my patients because of seatbelt is different for wheelchair. I will ALWAYS use this service and believe the nasty post are due to not giving a week advance on a ride. Nobody in the world can expect even a parent or friend to drop daily activity to sit for groceries etc and not be rushed. This is a business treat it like one! They are ride's for drop off and pick up period!
