Drove 5 hours all the way from Terre Haute Indiana to this dealership in Chicago and to say the least the experience was worth my time and fantastic. They had a great trade-in for a vehicle me & hubby were wanting for months. I was expecting to be there for hours but we were gone and out the door with a new vehicle in just 2! If you’ve got the backbone, respect, & patience then working out a deal can happen quickly. They’ve got great cars and everything is shiny clean. Inside and outside!! Thank you to Armone & Henry we left satisfied and enjoyed a good sandwich at Augustino’s for the trip back home!

This place was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was interested in a 2017 Chevy Express Cargo and the vehicle did not disappoint. I also liked the fact that I wasn’t pressured into purchasing all these add on’s like most dealerships. JT and JD made the buying experience super comfortable and I couldn’t be more thankful. I was also told since I purchased a vehicle if I ever needed any services in the future I would automatically get 20% off. I have a family to take care of so every little bit helps so knowing I will be able to save money on oil changes and other services means so much. Had a great experience with Henry and the guys at Affinity Auto Sales this weekend. Traded in my 2010 for a 2021 vehicle and they worked with me on the trade in value and financing. I even found a special gift in the car after purchase! They've went above and beyond, also helping to have their service guys pull a radar mount that we couldn't get out Saturday. Highly recommend working with them. The car was also detailed perfectly, looks like new and very happy with purchase.

Bought the car from out of state. The transaction was very easy and comfortable. Communication was also very consistent throughout the deal. I would give these guys a shot! Was a very low pressure, easy vehicle purchase! Ask for Henry!

Went there to look at a sweet Toyota Sequoia. Rick and the other guys there were very pleasant and accommodating to deal with. Sadly though I didn’t end up buying it, they didn’t pressure me to try to “make the sale” and they remained professional even after they knew I had decided not to buy it. There is a good reason that they have a very high rating on here and I wouldn’t have traveled over 2000 miles to come if they didn’t. I felt that they very very respectful and it was a great experience overall.

The very competent and communicative manager Frank will answer all your questions. Frank advised honestly and responsibly the best option of the two cars, we were interested in, we couldn’t make a choice, he recommended a car that was more suitable for our family and was not mistaken. Bought a bmw from out of state, they made the whole process extremely easy. They answered any questions extremely fast and thoroughly. When picking up the car it was full of gas and detailed beautifully. I had an excellent time doing business with them if I could rate them higher I would.

I got my new Audi q7 diesel from Affinity and I had a great experience. I drove 300 miles and was told by Armin that I wouldn’t be disappointed and it would be worth the drive. All and all good experience. Dealt with Jose and Armin. This is the first time I’ve ever bought a car from a dealer and it went very smooth in my opinion. Communication was good and timely. They were very straight forward and didn’t sugar coat anything which I appreciated. They even noticed I was wanting to look at the undercarriage of a vehicle and when I came back they left it on the lift for me to inspect which for me was a huge selling point. Went through the car with me and fixed some minor issues without hesitation. No complaints
