Excellent store with big places, you don't see the end. Personnel is very friendly, and they helping a lot. They have a very good price for everything.

We were looking for a mattress, it was morning so it was quieter. You g man (Cole) came over to help as soon as he finished with another member. He knew the answers to our questions and was able to manage the mattress and box spring with my husband. Great mattress set at a really reasonable price with great service.

Very busy but quick service or you can scan and go yourself. Love the Big Bungle deals. It's wheelchair accessible and a very friendly atmosphere. If your an early Christmas shopper Sam's is already set up for your Christmas shopping 😀

All the shelves where filled. They where out of a couple things I needed. Actually both the Tinley Park and the Joliet where both out of my dog food. Which I was out of and needed. Which is very unusual. They always have my Member's Mark dog food. But I bought another brand. I hear Beniful good. There always helpful there, very polite. Been a member for years. Sam's also has great monthly sales.

We use the gas station at Sam's.
Price is usually lower than other gas stations in the area.

I love shopping here but they need to consider more vegan and halal food for Muslims.

Staff were friendly in pointing things that I need towards my direction. The scan and go is a life saver. Especially if you are in a hurry. Bought more than enough food today.

If Sam's Club doesn't have it, you don't need it. Shopping is easy at Sam's club. The only thing that I found was that the electric carts run out of juice while you're in the middle of the store.

Great experience at Sam's Club. Just like Costco has a lot of the things you're looking for and some of the things that are interesting Enough To Try. I've only been a member for about 6 months but I've been a member for 15 years with Costco so I know the drill. Also the kids love their Pizza which is a cheap and easy meal in the evening. Hot dogs I think Costco has a better dog but still for the price how can you go wrong? Also like Costco the staff is friendly and will do what they can to help you especially if you're not familiar. Give them a try especially when they have one of their promotional memberships available it's definitely worth it!

I want to thank the tire and auto department, especially Johnathon, who has helped me with my battery and a set of tires. They are great guys that are incredibly kind and helpful. I hope Sams club management does its part in rewarding and recognizing exceptional employees; otherwise, they might go elsewhere, which would be a significant loss for customers. We appreciate good service!

Best gas prices in the area.

Sam's is exceptional for warehouse shopping. The basic membership fee comes to around $45 and that's cheaper than other warehouses. The money you save in gas is worth the $45. They have a lot of products to choose from and if you don't see what you want they're always up for suggestions with their surveys. You do have to do the math sometimes buying in bulk isn't always cheaper. Sam's is well displayed very clean with very friendly employees that are helpful.

We've had a Sam's Club membership for 10+ years. Even when a Costco opened up we're still going to Sam's. Why? Well, we really like the brands Sam's Club has.

For example, you can get all kinds of name brand things, Eddie Baur, Doritos, Lays, Under Armour, Adidas, Smart Wool, Super Prezel, Hot Pockets, Home Run Inn Pizza, etc as well as Member's Mark (store brand) items that all are good quality. I still kick myself at a few great items I should have bought more of that weren't available later on. Like really nice things.

These days especially, it's important to buy in bulk, and with careful food storage, really stretch your purchase out! No problem, pick up containers or freezer bags for it all while shopping.

We've even purchased flooring here which was so nice we put it in our bedroom. I'm not even kidding when I say although we only come here like every 4-5 months, we drop hundreds of dollars because they carry so many supplies we need.
