This place is always clean, fully stocked and a savior for last minute dinners for us busy Moms. I ordered my daughter birthday cupcake-cake over the phone & I was so worried not being able to have a picture to go off of, but I was pleasantly surprised by the care, dedication and sheer artistry!

I am a truck driver and anytime I get a chance to come to this store I do! I love the mango leather that they sell. So I stock up anytime I get the chance. I have not been able to find it anywhere else. Friendly helpful staff. I love that the store has organics.

Okay I gave Jewel the most stars that you can give us a place due to their staff being very helpful they're shelving very full they're produce being very fresh I bought a papaya within two days was able to cut into it it was delicious bought one somewhere else two days later it was moldy. They're deli stood out to me the most they were very willing to help when I had a question got a few things from the deli and then turned around and they had the prepackaged meals which I've never seen a shelf so full very good variety I buy those types of things once every week to every two weeks I had a very nice selection as well as a selection in the large salads that you can share at a meal for I'd say three people. I visited them within I would say twice within a week span and had the same experience each time. So well done Jewel you're one of the better ones in Joliet versus the ones around you that I've been to keep up the good work and thank you for all your help.

Good place to buy groceries and get medicines, they have a lot of varieties

Willing to pay a little extra because Jewels is union and help special needs at this location. Plus their produce are way better than Walmart. And these people are friendly, especially if you acknowledge them as human beings and not servants or lower than you. Treat others with respect.

Great store produce always fresh prices are a little high but it's quality food don't mind paying a little extra for the quality. The seafood dept is awesome too! Would definitely refer family & friends

Needed a new RX, so only visited pharmacy. Found their personal so much more pleasant and accommodating than nearby big box pharmacies that I was astounded. Most of the nearby big box pharmacies are the preferred providers for insurance, and as a result feel that they can be rude and indifferent. Service at these other big box pharmacies has become a dreaded, rude, pathetic experience. I was so pleasantly surprised with Osco/Jewel. Kudos to employees who treat customers with courtesy.

The osco pharmacy staff at this location is just remarkable, always treat me like family and the pharmacist's on down know their craft. I drive 25 miles to this location and I will continue to do so because of the staff at this particular Osco pharmacy, this location is one in a million and always a pleasure to visit and say hello to whom ever is currently working that day. Have this location on Midland and Jefferson streets in Joliet your trophy pharmacy, bar none!!

This is my favorite Jewel for a reason. The service is always amazing. They almost always have everything I'd want and when they don't its because it's a popular holiday item and I'm there on the holiday, which is more my fault than theirs.

Staying in Norway, Illinois that is, on our way back from Chicago, the restaurant we were interested in was closed. Saw Jewel (had a T in the name last time I remember in the late 60s), and got some things to prepare unexpectedly at the room. Had what we needed when we needed it at a good price. Thanks Jewel.

Mask mandatory and clean store.Good ,fresh food and hygiene and homecare necessities everyone needs. And they have great raisin brand muffins. They're cinnamon chip muffins are good also. Most of they're muffins are just as good.

Like shopping at this Jewels, always can go in and out. Have enough cashiers, you don't have to wait forever.
Fruits and meats are fresh.

This street isn't too far from my house and they always have interesting things. I've never seen a jackfruit in my life until it showed up at this jewel and I haven't seen them at any other grocery store. Great selection. Good layout. I mostly go here because it's close but also because it's better than most other stores.

I'm here every Sunday and I love it. The cashiers are friendly to. You should a game where customers get to grab whatever they for one minute and its free,let's think about?

Jewel is my main grocery store. I do feel like their prices have gone way up since Covid hit unfortunately. They do run good sales.
