Great store! The staff is helpful with helping me decide, and they’ve got a sense of humor too. Plenty of selections and good prices.

I had a really great experience at this DSW! Outside of the two VERY cute pairs of shoes that I found in clearance (I wear women's size 10, and I tend to have trouble finding good deals on fun styles in my size), I kept running into a staff member who was so, so nice. Her name is Marlene and she was so kind and helpful and just exuded a super friendly energy. We chatted a little, then I went and checked out. At check out, the cashier offered to sign me up for emails to save 20% and he quickly entered everything in (I get so anxious when I have to enter an email on the terminal or do multiple steps when a line behind me is waiting). I ended up having to run back to the store afterwards with my brother-in-law because a pair of his shoes had been on a discount (super cute doc martens on sale!) but the discount hadn't ended up going through on the receipt. I was so happy when Marlene was at the register and I got to see her again! She was able to help us get the advertised discount without any hassle and she recognized me and had such great service. I would 10000% come back here just to get some of Marlene's positive energy. Thank you so much!

I had to return an online order and it seemed really complicated and annoying for the salesperson to do. They were super nice and made it easy.

I got myself three new pairs of shoes which two had really good deals on them and the 3rd was a brand new one that came out. I was very happy with the selection and prices. The only recommendation I'd give is for possibily including Jordans in the store since they're very popular and I wouldn't mind getting a 2nd pair of them. Other than that, I was happy.

Great store, great deals, great selection, their sales associates are none existent here, as I've never been offered to be helped the times I've been there so just go prepared with time to dive in their shoes yourself as they make it really easy for you with their very organized shoe racks, cashiers are very friendly and I have always found exactly what I'm looking for. A month ago i needed silver 3 inch heels shoes for a wedding and i knew i was going to find them here. But i just didnt know how beautiful and what a great deal I got. I really recommend this place.

This DSW Location, besides DSW Downtown, is one of the best ones I have been too. Staff is friendly, hard working and attentive. Not to mention this store is clean and organize! They really go above and beyond to make sure customers have a great shopping experience. Skip DSW in Lincoln Park. Have your issues and exchanges handled by here by great staff.

I needed a new pair of dress shoes. They didn't carry the shoe I wanted in the store but I was able to find and equally good pair of shoes and they look great. Then, since I was there I just to walk down the sneaker aisle and eventually out the door with my dress shoes and another new pair of sneakers.

The staff there are great and take the te to talk to you and listen to what you're wanting.

Dsw is a good store if you can accept the varying selection. I bought my favorite shoes of all time here at a steep discount. When i needed another pair i was able to go in and reorder them with the same discount as the first time. In fact the employee gave an even better discount. Only downside is men's selection could be better. Of course most of the store is women's.

Looking for shoe widener. They don't carry them.

I was looking for a pair of boots. I had been to two other places closer to my home. Neither had a good selection. I called DSW and spoke to a saleswoman who was very helpful. She said they had some boots that fit the description I was looking for so I decided to make the drive to take a look. I was extremely pleased with their selection. I found the perfect pair and absolutely love them. DSW will be my "go to place" whenever I am looking for shoes. Thank you DSW.

DEFINITELY WORTH CHECKING OUT AT ALL LOCATIONS. Been going here for a long long time. Generally they have a fine selection of brands for men & women & kids. ALWAYS CHECK OUT THE RACKS FOR COLOR- CODED REDUCED SHOES. Have seen few widths other than regular ones. Prices are good & they have Loyalty program which is great.

This places is the boom, you can get any shoes you want. I truly appreciate the workers there. Friendly, happy employee who is there to help you. The points are very good to have, and besides I can get my husband a lease a couple of pair of shoes. I'm so happy that I found this place in my area. Go there you would not regret it. 👍👍👍👍👍🌞😂

The staff is always so helpful. "Samantha" literally pulled out 10 pairs of running shoes for me to try on. I did select the perfect pair. Thanks Samantha. The selection is great; even for those who need shoes in "wide width" like me. They even have purses and accessories too. Great location as well. I will be back soon.

I have been to this DSW a few times but today in particular was excellent. I had a young man named Kyle help me and he was extremely attentive and helped me pick out a great pair of shoes at a great price. The store was clean and not only was Kyle cleaning up after other customers as he was helping me but he was also cute and a total sweetheart. Thanks Kyle. You make me want to shop at DSW again. I will be back! The store had a wide selection of shoes at a great price! I wish the Gucci's were a little less expensive because they were all amazing but hey - Gucci's will be Gucci's!

I can spend hours in this store. They carry a huge variety of shoes. Most of the store is for women shoes and you can walk the isles of sneakers, boots, flats, loafers etc. if you are a shoe lover this is the store for you. Well staffed location and everyone is helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend becoming a DSW member for the certificates

They had the shoes I wanted and in my size. The shoes were $15 cheaper here than any place else and the sales associate helped me save another $10. Great experience
