Like a good doctor, finding a good mechanic is extremely important. Not only are they great mechanics, but they are honest! Look no further. From minor to major repairs they are a perfect choice. I speak from experience and have not hesitated to recommend them to friends and family. They all echo my praise.

Josh is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He cares about your car. Josh recently replaced a failing wheel speed sensor and repaired the ABS pump module on my 1997 Lincoln Town Car.

He could have easily replaced the ABS module but repaired it instead which saved me several hundred dollars.

If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic, you can't go wrong with Josh/RJ3.

The master tech over there is great. Very Knowledgeable. And will take the time to educate you and explain what your vehicle needs, and why. A personal experience.. I asked him why or what caused it. Got a 15 min answer with pictures. Needless to say I will continue to do business with them. Good environment, professional, and honest as it comes.

Great friendly service. Will definitely continue having them service my cars. On top of doing my brakes, they did a safety inspection of the my vehicle and gave me a report.

They followed up a couple weeks after the service to make sure I was happy and had no issues. Even received a call wishing me a Merry Christmas. Have to love that kind of service!!!

Great service at a great value!

RJ Automotive just replaced my brakes and drums and did an oil change, in one day, at a good price, and with exactly the right amount of communication.

A trusted family friend recommended RJ Automotive, and I'm so glad that he did. You know that sort of gross feeling you get when you're pretty sure someone is either making up repairs or inflating costs? That doesn't happen here. Doug is totally transparent about what is going on, what it will cost, and what your options are.

I mentioned that I was wondering if I had an oil leak, but they didn't see any evidence of that. A less honest mechanic would have used that in to add expensive repairs.

They also were very flexible for me with options on when I wanted to drop it off, letting me pay by phone so I didn't need to arrive during business hours, and explaining how I could pick my car up outside of normal business hours but still get my keys.

Every other time I've had this much work done on my car, I had a sinking feeling the whole time--thinking about how much I would have to pay, whether the work was done right, and wondering if any "add-ons" had really been necessary. But you know what? I feel good right now--and that's how it should be.

This is worth the half-hour drive from my house, for sure.

Very helpful staff, one of the owners personally helped me and made sure that I understood what they were doing to my vehicle. Even told me that what someone else suggested I have done to my car was incorrect so that I didn't waste my money! Phenomenal, the only place I trust to work on my vehicles !

I made a HUGE mistake going to the repair shop down the street from me instead of sticking with RJ. They couldn't even find what I went in for but they found hundreds of dollars of other things to "fix". I went back to RJ and he found what I needed fixed and took care of it for a fair price. I learned my lesson - and it cost me! I will not go to anyone but RJ Automotive for my repair needs. I trust them with my car and in fact my life. After all if my car isn't functioning correctly it could be a life or death situation right?! I said all this to show the amount of confidence I put into RJ Automotive!

Thought I'd try this place out and the service was excellent. Very courteous and professional. I will be taking all my vehicles there now.
