Store is well stocked and kept clean. Lines usually aren't too bad which is also nice. Good selection in the liquor section also. Nice variety of stuff on endcaps to find those all important items that you had no intention of buying because it wasn't on your shopping list, but you figure, oooh that looks tasty and in the cart it goes!
2023 Update:
Still a nice clean and well stocked store. I've noticed longer check out lines than in the past, but that seems to be a common problem at a lot of stores these days.

I give them a 5 star only because of the deli. They are great, and the lady that manages it is awesome. I think her name is Suzy. They are the only reason we shop there every week. The rest of the store is not so impressive. The way the pricing is listed is very misleading, not to mention the prices are horrible. Way over priced! There is one very nice front end manager that is a lady too. I noticed corporate and upper management constantly standing around watching when the front end is busy and must think they are above the front line workers because they never step in to help. I used to love this store.

Always has food items that are needed their Monday chicken deal is Fabulous pricing and Delicious. Customer service is great too. Clean floors and shelves.

I would like to thank the bakery staff for making a cake for my mom on little to no notice at all. It is a yellow cake with whipped cream that I know will make her day. Thanks so much for making this day special for her!

I love this Jewels. Way better than the one on Galena Blvd. This store is stocked to the gills that I am not use to. And other fresh fruit and salads choices that the other Jewel does not carry. This is my favorite Jewels.

This is by far my favorite Jewel-Osco. They have a great selection and the shelves are always stocked. They also have a very large produce section. I haven't seen one this size in the last 30 years. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

Lots of great produce, extensive deli selections, always has plenty of fried chicken. Liquor department has a lot of variety. Feels like a small store, kinda cozy, but has a full range of products.

I accidentally broke/spilled a glass bottle (I cannot remember the contents). The staff was responsive, kind and full of smiles. Their kindness wouldn't let me cleanup. I was very impressed with the staff who quickly responded to the spill.

I have been coming here for almost five years. Of many Jewel Osci locations the selection of gluten free and organic is most phenomenal! Not to mention the friendliness of the staff, especially Brett. Brett has gone above and beyond to always make the customers day a little brighter, something I always will appreciate. Thank you Brett and this location for excellent service and selection!

*edit* The store brought back self check out so not much to complain about now:) The store is always a pleasure to shop at. The staff is always friendly and helpful in every department I've interacted with. The store is clean, bright and well organized and the selections and options are good for a store of this size.

I like this jewel. I've lived in the area since 2008, this store has always been clean and well stocked. Enjoy their bakery, they have great artisan breads, and their spicy guac and deli spicy chicken is delicious. Some of their homemade stuff is the best in the store.

Great deals, friendly staff. I spoke to Chet the manager and Bob the manager and both were beyond friendly and provided me with excellent customer service. This will now be the grocery store I will continue to visit. Than you Jewel Osco on Orchard.

I like this Jewel because it honestly feels more rustic. It's more of an old style grocery store but they still have all the stuff you need. I love that this Jewel has a much better liquor section than many other jewels I have been too. Large store and very friendly staff. Everyone is always super helpful. Parking lot is large and easy to find a spot up close usually too. This is my neighborhood Jewel and I enjoy shopping here!

Store has improved lately, still have close to code items but not finding expired as much as I used to. Wish they would offer at least one self check out, especially on weekends when there are more customers than employees.

Great grocery store and pharmacy.

Good staff and prices have gotten more competitive.

The pharmacy personnel is better than any other store in the area. They really take the time to understand your needs and sort through insurance issues.

The meat department sets the grocery store apart from all of the big box stores.
