Can’t say enough nice things about this place. My car had more issues than a DC comic and Shorewood auto fixed every one of them. The team is efficient and professional and the prices are affordable. My husband and I are still fairly new to Shorewood and this place was highly recommended by many people that we have spoken to in the area. We brought our RAV4 in today for brakes and an oil change. When my husband called, his main contact was Mike; who was a pleasure to work with.

They called us after checking the car to let us know of other issues that we should look into. We added the coolant flush as it had been awhile. Shorewood Automotive is great. I would say they are fairly priced, knowledgeable and eager to get you back on the road with a car that runs safely.

Mike and his crew are the best around! Best mechanic I’ve experienced living in this area for over 30 years. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They display a degree of professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of vehicles that can’t be matched!

Rapid service from phone call for appointment to completion. Great customer service at entrance. Owner David came out to front desk and explained what they needed to do. Clean comfortable waiting room and clean bathroom. Work was done professionally and repairs accomplished. Personable people and surroundings provide a pleasant way to wait. My parts were ordered and all repair work was done within 2.5 hours and at a great price. A+

One of the cleanest, most efficient, and professional experiences I’ve had. I drive a lot for work so I end up stopping in new places all the time for oil changes and car maintenance but I will make sure to go out of my way to stop in at this place in the future. The guy at the desk, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable as well as kind. I would trust this place to take care of my grandma without being there myself. 5/5 stars.

They were able to get my oil changed within maybe a hour of me calling them. The front desk guy was very professional and friendly and the seating area was comfy as hell. They let me know what the ballpark estimate would be for my oil change and it ended up being cheaper then what they said so that was nice. They also let me know my tires tread is even and that I should have them rotated every 10k or so miles. I am writing this review right after leaving so there’s always a chance something will go wrong but oil changes aren’t rocket science and they seemed competent enough that I don’t have to worry. If your in the area I’d definitely add them to your list of mechanics. One last thing, there didn’t seem to be any teenagers which is the best part. I can’t trust a shop that’s hiring teenagers to work on property worths 10’s of thousands of dollars.

Service is always top notch and staff is great. Fair and reasonable pricing on service. Great place to take your car to without any hesitation.

I have brought both my 2015 Chevy Malibu and 2010 Hyundai Sonata in for regular services and i am extremely satisfied. They were quick, honest, and very fair with the price for everything I needed done. I will absolutley be returning to them for all future oil changes and maintenence.

I stopped in on Saturday morning to get an oil change for my daughter's car, no appointment and they were able to get to me within 20 minutes I was in and out no problem. TV was on and coffee was good.

Found this place from a google search after my car broke down and I am happy that I did! Mike was very professional and had my vehicle fixed three days later. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone that reads this review.

Pretty much just pulled in asking if they could install a resonator delete for me on my Mustang GT and they got me in right away and out within 30 minutes! Highly satisfied
