Only because I can't give it less than a star. I do understand with covid things are moving slower, but I'm still waiting for a package that was cleared into the U.S. and brought to one of their shipping facilities 2 months ago. Its hard to use the tracking tool they have and gives next to no info anyways. Customer service is zero help. No estimated delivery dates. My package has made it to a neighboring state so hopefully I'll get it within the month? At this point Im feeling like I probably got ripped off and will have to order from somewhere else that ships usps.

This is the first time the stores i shop from deal with this company and i cant say anything except that theyre horrible. I have returned my items and it is taking more than a month to return. I will probably not recieve my refund for the next 3 months.

Been waiting 2 months (still not received package) for a delivery and each day , for the last month their website says that the package will arrive that day. Aweful business and support.

Worst shipping company in the country. Takes weeks to “depart facility” I have no idea how they are in business. I no longer shop with any company that partners with them for shipping.

Do not ever buy any type of printer or mailer machine from Pitney Bowes. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

How is this company in business? They seriously suck.
