I was immediately greeted by Deborah who helped me choose a chair and ottoman . Deborah is friendly and knowledgeable without making me feel intimidated. She answered my questions and helped me search for a fabric informing me of the pros and cons of cotton fabric versus polyester. I genuinely enjoyed working with Deborah and even though I could have spent less elsewhere, I know I ordered a beautiful piece of furniture and I would certainly go to Gorman’s from now on! I left the store feeling thrilled with my order! Highly recommend Deborah !!!!

I have not yet received my purchase.. Up to this point Nancy Pacella has been a wonderful sales person. She was very knowledgeable of the product and has communicated with me regularly , answered all my questions and kept me informed on order status.

And the service was A1; the gentleman (Christopher) that was my sales associate was very informative; he answered all my questions and concerns. The quality of the sofa was just what I was looking for. I also brought a chair for Gormans. Love it! Love it!

Nancy A is an extraordinary interior decorator. She has made excellent recommendations and been very detailed with ideas for my home. I am not skilled in home decor so her advice has been very much needed and appreciated. I look forward to working with her.

I'd never shopped at Gorman's before, but had a great experience with them while purchasing new furniture for my den. The designer I worked with, Nancy Pacella, was very helpful both when I knew exactly what I wanted, and even more so when I was trying to figure that out. We were in constant communication with Nancy Pacella of the Gorman’s Furniture Troy, Michigan location. Nancy expertly guided us through the process of finding a replacement sofa bed for the one we had that was ruined due to a major sewer backup at our home. Nancy apprised us of a Ten Percent discount from the manufacturer on the sofa bed. She showed us fabric choices, leg colors and mattress choices.
Nancy is the real deal. A genuine asset to the Gorman’s brand.

Suffice it to say that furniture shopping is not my cup of tea. But, Christopher at Gorman’s can make it a delight. He provided the streamlined guidance and design consultation we needed. From the minute we walked in the door, we were cheerfully greeted and engaged by our sales associate, Deborah Johnston. She listened to my concerns and needs and proceeded to show me the options that she thought would fill my requests. My husband chose to take a seat in a comfortable chair while Deborah I did the leg work. I got it down to two choices, neither of which the hubs preferred and he suggested the chair he had been sitting in for some time and the matching sectional. Deborah proceeded to show me the options of how the sofa and chair would work in our great room plus the leather and other design details which made for the perfect pieces.We just took possession of our new furniture under the very capable and careful hands of Joe and his co worker , who did a wonderful job of placing it perfectly. I am sitting on my new sofa in my great room and I never want to leave. All around a great experience.Gorman's will always be my choice. Thank you to everyone.

I was at Gorman’s last weekend with my husband to purchase a recliner for him. We were helped by Nancy Pacella and she was just wonderful! She was very helpful, personable, and just a joy to work with. If we need anything else, we will definitely go back there and ask for her help.

In this flood of junky furniture selling disposable furniture items made God-knows-where, the Gorman's store in Troy was a great find. This was my first visit but I will be back. The sales ladies are very very helpful and competent. I had fantastic and smooth experience. Thank you Nancy!

I went to Gormans with a room sketch & some photos in need of new furniture but not knowing what to choose. Jackie Duritza was amazing and helped me find a beautiful & comfortable chair and sofas in colors that coordinate with my rugs and window treatments. I also purchased a unique media cabinet that she recommended. I am so pleased with the quality and beauty of the pieces. Jackie’s help was made all the difference.

Connie at Gorman’s Troy was very attentive and helpful with suggestions. Unfortunately, the furniture itself is very expensive, so I typically use their sale offers.
