Zano Salon & Spa

I've been a client at Zano Salon in Batavia for about 3 years now and have seen two different stylists in that time (the first one moved away). My experiences have always been very good. The prices are in line with what you'd expect for a good cut/color/style from knowledgeable professionals. You can easily book and reschedule appointments online, and staff have always been friendly and helpful.

This is VERY late but a year ago I got my hair done for w the first time and I absolutely loved it! My experience was great and the place feels nice and clean and my I felt like a whole new person after my balayage! Dana was incredibly nice! Can’t wait to come back soon.

First time trying out Zano in Batavia and I was really impressed. I was scheduled with Dana who was super friendly. I was really long overdue for a haircut and it was quite depressing looking being so long and damaged not to mention the grey hairs. What a difference a hair cut makes. She even liked the difference and made me feel good about having the grey hairs . In her words I can embrace the greys a lot better now then the before look. It really meant a lot hearing that, I need that encouragement. I definitely feel comfortable going back to her that I even scheduled a highlight in April just to lighten up a bit for the springtime.

Olivia absolutely delivers! I went in wanting to try something new and came out with the haircut of my dreams! She gave me the most gorgeous curtain bangs and totally revived my hair with beautiful layers. She is so confident in her work and does not disappoint. Olivia is extremely personable and talented! I can't wait for my next appointment!

I just had the best first experience here! My hair is in bad shape and I didn't 100% know what I wanted, but Olivia was so great! She was really patient and came up with a plan to get my hair looking healthy again, and took her time getting the perfect brunette shade on me. I'm so happy and feel beautiful! I got my hair done by Olivia and she did an absolutely amazing job! She really worked with me to help pick a color that would fit my skin tone as well as my overall desired outcome. Throughout the whole process, she kept checking to make sure everything was good and styled my hair to make the color would stand out even more. To make it even better, not only is she great at doing hair, but she is also just a lovely person to talk to! Highly recommend going to her because you are getting more than just a great color.

Went in to get my hair done by Olivia, and she managed to make it look amazing despite my being 15 minutes late. She was so, so easy to talk to and knew what I had in mind and worked magic to get it there. I have black hair and she managed to lift it to the perfect shade. I drove over 45 minutes to come here and don’t regret a thing, would do it again any day. If you want your hair colored, ask for Olivia!

There was a little bit of a scheduling issue with my appointment at first, but someone was able to call and fix the issue and even brought the hair stylist I wanted to see (Olivia) on the phone to help. Olivia was amazing! She took her time and collaborated with me before and communicated with me throughout the process to make sure I knew what was going on and to include me throughout the decision process. I have dark brown hair and I needed to get to a light blonde to get the pink I wanted. Not only did I love my overall result, but everyone in the salon made me feel welcomed. Happy to have gone in and met Olivia. I absolutely love my hair and she has this energy that is so contagious! The salon is very clean and disinfected chairs and supplies properly.

Love this salon. They have the best service and everyone is so incredibly friendly. My stylist was amazing and fixed a previous bad hair cut and made my fair look and feel wonderful again. Highly recommend!

I love coming to the salon and seeing April Marie!! She does a fantastic job on my haircuts and is always making great suggestions to keep me looking stylish. If you want a great, high quality haircut, I definitely recommend booking with her!! 10/10!!

First time here for a cut and just wanting suggestions on how to improve my curls, with my dry, damaged hair. Mycayla was amazing in listening to what I didn't like and what I was hoping to see with my hair. She made a plan and talked with me about what she can do, and went to work. I left with shiny, natural curls and recommendations for me on conditioning, training, and improving my hair. The entire staff was amazing, based on my observations. Will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved Olivia! She took time to understand what I needed from my haircut to make sure it was something that I would love each day. She even took time to show me how it would look in a natural way with a simple blow-dry and also how I could spice it up and add in some curls. The salon itself was clean and the front desk staff were efficient and welcoming.

April Marie has transformed my hair into my dream blonde color & she has kept it healthy while doing so! She is so wonderful at listening to what you want, providing suggestions, and not to mention she is so bubbly and sweet and passionate about what she does! I definitely recommend April at Zano Salon!

I've been going to this location for the past few months and highly recommend it. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the environment is always clean and welcoming. If you're looking for somebody to cut and color your hair, Mycayla is your girl. She is passionate and knowledgeable about what she does and shows a high level of professionalism. She has helped me step out of my comfort zone with my hair style and color, and I'm always excited to reschedule with her. Mycayla is amazing!

April is amazing! she is so kind, funny & really takes care of your hair! i just wish she was closer to me in terms of how far away the salon is from me. But i do highly recommend April all day everyday!

I had an awesome experience this past weekend when I got my hair cut by Tameka! She understood what I wanted and what I needed for my hair type and how I wanted to style it. She gave me layer that looks great styled and naturally. This is my second time seeing her and I will definitely return!

They do an amazing job at cuts and colors. I've been bleaching my hair, which is hard on the hair, but Amanda has been very helpful with recommending products and making sure that my hair isn't damaged too badly. Amanda does an amazing job with my color I really love the way it's turned out. The cut is equally as wonderful, everything is always done exactly how I want it and Gizell can style my hair wonderfully.

My hair stylist was Viviana and she was so amazing. I have not cut my hair in 2 years so my hair was pretty long. I was nervous and excited at the same time but she made me feel so at easy. She consulted me on my hair and she did exactly what I envisioned for my hair. Thank you so much Viviana you just got a customer for life.

I absolutely LOVE April Marie!!!!!!! I’ve had the same hair stylist for 15 years and she went on to real estate. So I was on the hunt for a new one! She took me from blonde to brunette (she matched my eye color and skin tone) and came up with the perfect color!! Now we are going to red/ginger!! April is such a sweet heart and I am sooo happy I found her.
