I’ve been here a few times. I was always treated with respect and kindness. The shop was very organized. Truly an amazing shop. Would really recommend!!!

Fantastic. I just went there for the first time. I found a product I didn't even know existed to cut my time in half for what the purpose I was looking for a different product. A good amount of everything and the prices were lower than most places! Thanks for your help!!!

Luna is always very helpful whenever I go into the shop. The last time I went in I had mentioned I was not happy with my current vape and she took the time to help me pick out two new ones. She goes the extra mile to ensure I feel like valued customer. I would definitely recommend this place.

This store in Batavia is by for the best cigar store in the western suburbs. What makes it outstanding is not only the selection they offer but the truly kind owners that are always there. They will take the time with you to make a well informed decision. They will also offer alternative suggestions prior to your purchase. If your looking for a place you can trust for a prices better then most places out there, try Da Smoke Shop. You will not regret it!

My husband and I went to get some juice for my mod. The gentleman asked me what I was looking for and when I told him he went behind the counter and told the woman that was helping another customer he would take over and she can come help me. I asked for recommendations and what kind I was looking for and she told me a couple of different brands that she thought was good. I could tell that she really didn't want to help me. So I asked my husband what he thought sounded good. We picked a flavor and went to check out. She then rang my husband out and once his sale was complete she went back to her original customer all happily which is fine. But that definitely sent the wrong vibe to us. I will make the drive out to Oswego from now on to get my vape supplies. Or try some other ones. I will not be returning to this shop. It has good reviews so I decided to go ahead and try them. But unfortunately I just felt like I was more of a burden to the employees than anything else.

After going back and talking to the owner I will definitely be going back. He was very helpful and friendly. He definitely changed my perspective of this shop. I'm glad I decided to go back and give it another try.

These days it seems rare to walk into a place where you are made to feel SEEN, valued, and appreciated. Every time I walk into this store, I feel like family. Every employee (& esp the owner) is patient, kind, and has a smile on their faces. I am grateful to live so close and am a lifelong customer.

Been shopping here for a while and lots of the products have good prices but the accessories seem too expensive. Great staff, they are very nice and welcoming and always try to help with any questions you have. One thing I’d say is stay away from the 10$ vapes because well… they are ten dollars for a reason, they always die really early, leak or are just terrible tasting but that’s just kinda expected. But besides that, the cartridges and flower is great and edibles are even better!

walked in didn’t have enough money to get a Vape. Dude sells me the Vape for 10 bucks! Best place I ever went to. I’ve been going for years wouldn’t trade it for any other shop the dude in there it is so nice every single time I go in. Me and my family and my friends love this place.

The owner is super nice and understanding! They usually always have what I need and have good deals.

Been smoking for over 20 years, decided it was time to quit. Googled vape shops in my area, and All Da Smokes popped up. From the moment I walked, I was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. He explained everything about vapes to me. Prices were great. I ended up spending over $100 and haven’t regretted it. Haven’t touched a cigarette in over a week. Every flavor was exactly as he described.. Will definitely be back. If you vape, this is the vape shop for you.
