I haven’t seen jack fruit this gigantic without it being inside a can. I did not expect to see Jewel selling the actual fruit itself. 😲This Jewel also has a stand that gives you the option to pick out your own taffy🍬. They also have a great selection of 🍻 beers. Picked up this case of Beer Hug which had a fantastic sale! WOOP WOOP 🙌🏽 Bought the Planet Oat Oatmilk for my boba tea 🧋 they also have their greenhouse open🪴🪻overall the shopping experience was quick, aisles were stocked, and the staff were friendly. Thank you Jewel 💎

I never write reviews, but Stephanie was so helpful I just had to! We had some confusion with the Jewel Osco app and she was so patient, helping us out with everything. She really stood out as an exemplary worker and made our experience so pleasant!

Justyn in floral was amazing! He went above and beyond helping us and definitely was selling the product. His expertise was amazing! He was such a courteous & friendly person! Definitely an asset to the store. Glad we came to this jewel will be coming here again if I need floral or balloons definitely!

Aways have the items in stock I'm looking for. Lots of staff on the floor to assist customers. Friendly overall and a clean store. Great selection of produce and cheeses. Sells Batavia garbage stickers!

Store is sufficiently stocked with a good selection even though others in the area are consistently running out of things I need. Good sales- but make sure you have an account and to download the app to take advantage of extra savings. The last time I was there, the deli was not as full as I was used to but it may have been due to the time of day (evening). Otherwise, we always enjoy the variety of salads and specialty items. Best produce in town, IMO. Also best pre-made chicken for parties. I used to complain about the prices, but as other stores have become more expensive due to inflation, Jewel seems ironically competitive due to their sales. I am grateful we still have this staple in operation.

It doesn't happen often. But I am glad that I found what was needed for my family. One store shopping is great!

How to judge a grocery store?
Good selection all things (supply chain) considered.

Plenty of checkout lanes.
A few self service lanes
Good snack offerings
Good world Market selections.

Above average Deli

we prefer Aldi, but for things Aldi doesn't have. We shop Jewel.

I usually find what I'm looking for there. Never have a problem finding what I'm shopping for.Great store with a good variety.

I like to go to Jewel for their baked goods and their meats. The turtle cookies are best cookie I've ever had. If you like chocolate, caramel, and walnuts, I highly recommend!

Had great customer service from Thomas yesterday. We got the 8 piece fried chicken meal, got home and realized we were charged for the 12 piece meal. Thomas said to come back in and he would refund it for us. We were only expecting the difference but he refunded the whole thing. It was appreciated and we will continue to shop here.

I haven't shopped Jewel-Osco in a little while, just the Deli. They have some new things going on in check-out. I was glad to meet Katie. She was so patient, nice and helpful.

Always a great place to shop for groceries. The bakery is the bomb! Lots of deals and good prices on meats and poultry. Clean store and a great selection of products keep us coming back.

This Jewel-Osco is a true gem. 90% of the time I never have to worry about what I want being out of stock. The people are extremely friendly and the service is superb. Thank you for putting your customers first, wearing smiles and providing quality.

Very helpful staff and I appreciate their great sales. Produce is always good ( where else do you see rambutan??)and recently there has been more organic produce on sale. Bakery breads are also tasty.

My experience today was made great by a cashier named Audrey. She is always upbeat and in a good mood. I always have the good fortune of checking out with her.

I am editing to add that Christopher, whom i see here a lot, is a jem. He is always so happy, kind and polite. Even when it is freezing and he is outside. He always offers a hello, a smile & offers to help. Keep up the great work and wonderful attitude.
