Solgis and his sons, Elvis and Paul, run an excellent auto repair facility. They are highly competent, responsive, conscientious, and friendly. I brought in my BMW X3 M40i for a 40,000 mile fluid change for the front and rear differentials and transmission case. The work was done well, promptly and at substantially less cost than at the dealer. After having dealt with numerous dealers and repair shops, I highly recommend KCC as being at the top.

Just had my car steering repaired at KCC. This is my third visit to KCC for various repairs and service on my car. KCC is great to work with. They provide excellent customer service and reasonable pricing that to date has been cheaper than their local competition. They always have openings to schedule work in a timely manner. All work performed past and present, has been excellent, with no issues requiring additional service. My power steering repair was a major project to replace rack and pinion. Brought it in on a Monday morning and everything was complete by next day Tuesday afternoon. Everything works great. Great job by all involved.

Work performed exceptionally well. Great customer service and kept me informed throughout the repair work. Belts, pullies, tension arm and exhaust system. Highly recommend. (My best advice to all is to stay away from dealerships. )

I have dreaded car maintenance in the past- the appointments are booked months in advance, it takes several days for the work to get done, and you're left in the dark throughout the entire process- all with the inconvenience of not having your car. In working with KCC, they have had almost immediate availability, they are extremely transparent- you have an estimated cost and breakdown up front before they start work, and they communicate throughout the entire process. On top of this, they have excellent customer service, their work is thorough with a quick turnaround time and their prices are extremely competitive! I have had nothing but outstanding experiences with KCC and taking my car in for service or maintenance is no longer a burden. Do yourself a favor and check them out for yourself! Great location. I had low speed knocking/clunking in my front suspension. Thought it was going to cost major $$$. After diagnosis, it was a simple fix ending up costing a low inspection charge. I was also notified of other potential work with reasonable quotes. Time was taken to clearly explain what happened and what could be impacted in the future. KCC will be my go-to place if our vehicles require servicing! Thanks guys!

My SUV didn't pass emission testing for the very first time! I needed it repaired and the State of Illinois emission testing suggested KCC. Additionally, my nephew had his vehicle repaired there several months earlier and was extremely happy with the level of service too! The 3rd positive indicator was that Costco also has KCC as a recommended repair place and I know Costco is all about great service!

I really liked that after performing diagnostics on my vehicle KCC sent me a text message with a direct link on what items needed repair, how much each one would cost AND a choice of ACCEPT or DECLINE on each item so there is no confusion as to what WE decided on getting fixed!

I always take my cars to KCC shop for repair. The Toyota sienna was accidentally jumped backwards and my car wouldn’t start. I figured some fuses were blown. So I called KCC and they were able to take my car in for inspection to diagnose the problem. My car was serviced and multiple fuses replaced in a timely manner. I m glad this is a honest family owned business. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good mechanic shop, for service, fair prices and honesty you can count on KCC shop.

My car stranded me in the same lot as these guys, and I couldn't have been luckier for it. Even though it was late in the day, they helped me get it into a bay, quickly diagnosed the issue, and when we figured I needed a part they didn't have, they expedited it. I was back on the road in less than 24 hours and they couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10

Came out this way from Oak Lawn to go to a dental appointment down the block. I was skidding in the little bit of rain at every stop. Saw the place and was told by the Hallmark store next-door that they were very reputable. I drove over, they pulled it in right away and found that my front brakes were shot. They were able to arrange for parts to be delivered here for my car which is a rare model, from Tinley and service it today. Very fair price, prompt, thorough service. Great experience. This place has been solid and reliable for me - perhaps 3-4 oil changes. I feel they were honest and I did check other sources like car dealer when doing work. I think tire rotations cost money even if you get tires from them though, I used DIscount Tire across the street as they price match (Costco in my case) plus tire rotations are free if you buy tires for them. If location convenient, I recommend them.

KCC is great , a nice family run business in a world of indifferent chain stores.
They are a straightforward, fair and honest and appreciate your business.
I trust them to take care of all of my family’s cars.
And you can have a beverage at Davidsons next door while you wait, tough to beat.

Charging me LESS than quoted services for exhaust work. That’s extremely honest. Thank You Paul & Elvis. All your work is excellent. Diesel truck full synthetic oil changes for $80. Dealership charges me $120. Happy to say I’m a customer for life.
