Manager here is great always on the floor saying hi to everyone motivating his staff. I need to recognize Christa F. cashier , and Brooke who was bagging. What a great team they were working together, and Krista was so friendly and just a nice, respectful young woman. I was talking to the customer in front of me. We were commenting on her Christmas vacation shirt and her reindeer ears she was wearing and she looked so festive and happy doing her job. It’s nice to see such kind happy sales people when you are checking out they really made an impression on me.

This manager of this store is one of the best I’ve ever seen. Talk about motivation. He’s amazing. I drive from a the jewel on 79th and Cicero which it two minutes from my house to go to the store in Lockport. Why? It is so well run. Jewel at 79th Cicero is a dump! Hire some employees.

I stop at this Jewel a few times a week and I really like it . One of the nicest employees there is Maggie who usually works up front by the self check out. Maggie is always there to help me and she's always friendly and looking to help. Thank you Maggie you are an asset to Jewel and the entire community.

Staff helped me find deli cups for 20 minutes due to them being in the incorrect aisle. I’ll never forget that. Very kind of them.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt that Agnieszka and Lauren both deserved some recognition. I feel the world has become so hostile and unfriendly post pandemic that it actually caught me off guard to have come across such friendly employees at my local grocery store. It truly reminded me of the old days when strangers still did small talk and weren’t glued to their cellphones. These two ladies have always been so kind and approachable, what was a quick grocery run now sometimes feels like a therapy session! These ladies have gotten to know my life story after scanning my groceries over the last year or so and it’s just so heart warming so see them always checking in on me. They are outstanding and I go out of my way to come to this Jewel to shop and chat! :-)

There are deals to be (boneless skinless chicken breasts-1.99 a pound) had but other items like half and half half gallon are up 2 dollars from a year ago. They are still great for selection, customer service, cleanliness and they did repave their parking lot which was a mess.

I bought catering from the deli for a funeral luncheon I hosted this week. Liz was so incredibly kind and patient with me when I had to get back to her about some questions she had and even took her time to describe and explain better packages to go with. She and the young men there helped make this difficult time for our family so much easier. So many compliments were made on the chicken as well. Liz, from my family and I, thank you and God bless.

I was picking up my prescription from pharmacy. They were very helpful in making sure that if I had any questions that they would be more than happy to answer them. Pharmacy also was helpful when I asked which aisles a few items were located, even with it not being their department, they were very helpful. The deli was very quick and the employees were very helpful, and courteous, they also knew any question I asked, and we're available very quick, they were not just standing around doing nothing, which I have found at other stores (not Jewel, especially Homer Glen) Also when checking out at the normal register, not pharmacy, I noticed that they had a lot of registers with cashiers either helping customers, and if not they were standing at the lane of their line to let customers know that they were able to help, and check you out. I always have a good shopping experience at my Jewel in Homer Glen.

It’s the employees who make this place special. Especially people like Sue, if you ever had luck to be checked out by her, you know what I am talking about. Her kindness, positivity, and attitude just makes your day better.

I don't usually go to this Jewel but enjoyed a smaller feeling store. I don't know if it's actually smaller but it has more of a small town feel but it has everything. Place is clean, well lit, and has a nice, large deli section. Abby J. was also very friendly in checkout and capped off my positive trip.

Lots of improvements in the store. Its getting a nice makeover.Bathrooms still need a makeover!.......Some items are a bit hard to find because there moved in another isle..Jewel is trying...Otherwise stuff that's sold out of in other stores, jewel has in stock.😊👊

Love, Love the employees. They're just great they never mind answering any questions you have. Or helping you to get things off of the top shelf. The cashiers are superb. Beautiful attitudes always. And thank you for always making my experience at Homer Glen jewels so great.

Jewel is by far the most expensive grocery store I visit, however, I am a vegetarian and the produce section has a wide variety of both familiar and different varieties of fruits and vegetables. Almost always of the best quality. This week I stocked up on limes. 20 for $1.00 means I'll have fresh lime juice for quite some time. That my friends, makes me happy indeed!

Superb! Jewel in homer glen il has always been extremely clean, well stocked, priced right, friendly and very helpful people! Today we had the pleasure to have a cashier by the name of, Amy, take care of us. Amy was not only very pleasant, cheerful and organized but she went over and beyond to help us. Thank you!

This is first time I visited this particular Jewel. It was a lot different from my normal Jewel. But I really liked everything about it. From the produce to the Boars Head meats to the frozen foods. The store is clean and offers more than my Jewel.

Grew up with jewel , always has top shelf selection. Just wish they were out in putnam Illinois

I had a really good visit at Jewel yesterday. I purchased fruit. Looks fresh, but it wasn't sweet. I purchased the 3 bowls of fruit. Watermelon and Honeydew 🍈, for $12.
