Richards Oswego, in my experience, is one of the most well-run branches in all of Richards. Once you step into their facility, you feel welcomed. The young new sales girl is amazing and is making big strides in material knowledge. Looking forward to coming here from now on. Thank you Faith.

Outstanding customers service and very knowledgeable. Saw some of the other reviews were not as happy because of leins. You need to get a release of lein from the builder and the company they are purchasing the materials from before the work is done. I learned this the hard way years ago with another supplier. Really, you need to just make sure you're not hiring looser building companies that dont pay their bills and screw you with them. Just my 2 cents.

I was looking for a specific siding and inside sales were able to locate it and get it to me in a timely fashion.

We ran into an issue but they were quick to fix the situation great service.

Had to match up some caulking today. Guys were very patient helping me out with that and we were successful.

It's a siding and shingle supply. They have what I need. Employees are pleasant.

Told me they had 100+ Black Slant vents in stock drove 20min just to get told (sorry bud we actually have 0 in stock.)

Had roof done by contractor. Paid them in full. Unknown to me, the Contractor didn't pay for roofing supplies at Richard's. so they sued me and put lien on my home. And I was forced to pay double because they have a loop hole in the law that average citizens aren't aware of. Zero compassion. These people are very dirty. It wouldn't allow Zero stars.

Horrible customer service. They dont call back. I have been waiting for a quote for close to a month. Every time I talk to Mark he apologizes for not getting me the price and promises he will call me back and never does. I have emailed him and never returns emails. This has literally been going on over 3 weeks. If this is the customer service they provide while selling, I would hate to see the service they would provide if there was ever an issue. Moving on to another company that would like the thousands I am trying to spend.
