Dr. Walsh is the best. His nurse, Amy is super. The receptionists, Dawn, Mary and Pam are wonderful and helpful.

Dr. Kristopher McDonough is one of several doctors in this practice. He is a very caring doctor with a great sense of humor and explains things so that I can understand it. I am so happy to have located this office which I found after reading many reviews.The office is extremely busy, but they do a fantastic job to send reminders about appointments and also to see that you aren’t sitting in the waiting room any extra time. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel so welcomed!

I had the opportunity to see Diana C. Doeing, M.D. today. Dr. Walsh is the doctor I normally see but a recent ER visit prompted an earlier appointment. The office staff were accommodating in getting me in as requested. I was quite anxious seeing a new dr but Dr. Doeing put me at ease the moment she walked in the door. She listened to my questions and thoroughly answered each one.We discussed some significant issues today and she was compassionate and supportive in exploring my options. I highly recommend Dr. Doeing.

Wonderful pulmonologist and staff. The office is busy but I haven’t encountered one problem with receptionists or nurses. Dr Walsh takes time with me at every visit, I am never rushed.

I started with this group because I saw doctor Gerapati I do in silver cross.
They have always been good to me and especially Kelly the respiratory therapist in the office answered a lot of questions I had.

Very clean, quiet, respectful doctor's office. The sleep center is next door. Easy to access, no difficulty serving its clients.

It was a long wait to see the doctor but I think I was squeezed in to get an appointment sooner. Dr Doeing was worth the wait. I absolutely loved her. She listened and she was very informative and reassuring!

The Waite time is ok most days, about 30-45 min. The Doctor I see Schedule me the same day which I was thankful for. Sleep study next door so you don't have to go far.

I am currently a patient of one Dr. Who I do not care for, just dont click with him and am not happy. I asked to switch to another Dr I heard great reviews about and was told I can't switch Dr's..... I have never heard of such gibberish. I asked other Dr's of mine and they said that is unprofessional and unethical. So you would rather lose a patient all together from your practice than let them switch????

Unprofessional and rude office. I arrived to the office for my appointment and the receptionist checking me in said my appointment was at an earlier time. I showed her the paperwork where it said the time I arrived was correct and she said she didn't know what happened but doctor was booked for the day and couldn't see me for another 3 weeks.

This place is so unprofessional. First it trying to get a staff member to call me back because I was checking in on a authorization that was taking forever. Then it was them closing earlier & not changing their phone recording to inform patient's. Then I called to speak to a nurse on a Friday, was put on hold, then waited on hold for almost 19 mins, then all of a sudden was sent to a voicemail without warning. Left a voicemail, never got a call back. Called back on Monday at 1:10pm, nurse supposedly just left for lunch when recording states they take lunch from 11:50-1pm. Left message with the answering service. Waited until Wednesday to receive a call back, you think I still got one by 2pm. Nope! Had to call them, AGAIN, and the nurse had an attitude because ofcoarse I had an attitude, which rightfully so I think I'm entitled to one at this point, just for her to say the Dr still has not reviewed my results to a test she ordered. This is ridiculous, no patient should have to go through this cluster of an unorganized office just to get a clearance or a report or to know what they should do next. Like I'm paying you, not the other way around!! Ugh!

I saw Dr. McDonough as an inpatient for multiple bouts of pneumonia and ground glass on my lung CTs. He was very nice and asked me to follow up in 6 weeks for a CT and a follow up. It was then that my experience went down hill. The CT order was never sent to the hospital even after I called the office multiple times. I was then told I could not see the doctor at 6 weeks that that was not standard after hospital care and was made to wait 12 wks for an appointment. I'm only 36 have had pneumonia 8 times in 5 years, each time with a week hospital stay and have had the pneumonia vaccine given to people over the age of 55. I was very worried and being made to wait with no explanations was very upsetting. I will say this was all with the NEW LENOX office. When I've called for my husband to Joliet for a different doctor the office is very friendly, just not the doctor he sees.
