This is a place to go when you need a positive recharge. Nate & Erika are wonderful and caring people. And it's affordable. The shakes, teas, and drinks are the best to revitalize the mind and body.

Definitely a great place to get either smoothies, tea, workout prep. Peanut butter snickers is my favorite and I definitely can see myself coming back to this place for more. Place is clean, killer vibe, and you can't go wrong to check out their workout programs. I love the place and their owner.

My daughter and I wanted a shake so bad so we googled their hours and I said ok they’re open let’s go. We got there about 30 minutes after they closed and I saw the owners and asked if they were open (since google said they were) and he said no they closed at 1. As I was going to drive away he asked what we wanted and I said we wanted a shake. He said c’mon I’m we’ll whip you up something real quick. Him and his wife did just that. She talked my daughter into a donut also. I had to take a bite and OH. MY. GAWD. Best donut I’ve ever had! My daughter was looking forward to that shake so she was so happy with them. As so was I. We’re always in that area so you gained 2 more customers!! Thanks so much!

Excellent shakes and teas. Open gym workout or daily Fitcamps to get you into shape. Good family environment also. Fitcamp available for kids on Saturday mornings also

You can get a great workout, and a great shake for a good price! There is also childcare.
