From beginning to end, it was an excellent experience. They were thorough in discussing all options for our under counter lighting project and we were beyond pleased with the results! Highly recommend using them and we will indeed use them again!

I was having a frustrating time with my in-ground pool installation, the contractors told me where I wanted my pump and filter was not possible without pressure loss due to distance. I contacted Fail Safe because I needed a line ran from my basement to my backyard and then ran across the yard.

There was a lot of missing pieces that were causing me and Fail Safe a lot of stress but Louie kept in contact and walked me though everything that would be needed for the install. Rich was the primary installer, he ran a new line through the basement without issue and then him, along with Armani and Alex, trenched the line along the side of my pool, in the rain mind you, and was able to hook everything up perfectly.

The job looked great and was even complemented by the inspector! I greatly appreciate the patience they had with this project and look forward to working with them in the future.

Called Fail Safe to inquiry about an exterior outlet installation for my backyard and I was able to get a quote easily as my project was straight forward and they had an opening that same day. Lee was the electrician doing the installation and he was polite and quick. From my time to calling to the project completion, less than 2.5 hours passed.

I will certainly be using their services again for some upcoming projects.

Louie came out promptly to provide the quote for installing an electric garage heater, and follow-up communications and scheduling were straightforward and easy. Elmer and Bennie came out to do the install and were very professional and provided recommendations for placement that worked better for our needs. The job was completed in a timely manner and the garage heater looks and works great. Definitely a plus to be able to have a quote provided electronic and use ApplePay. Would definitely call again for more work!

I needed 20yr old smoke detectors replaced in my home. Rich came out and had the job done in less than an hour. Replaced and tested all detectors to ensure they worked properly. He was on time, friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Fail Safe and Rich for future needs.

Had them install 12 outlets in my unfinished basement.
Now I have a big area in the basement, and the walls are insulated making mounting conduit difficult (and they must have run well over 400ft of conduit). I was also not home during the installation and did not mark the locations were I wanted..

I explained where I wanted the outlets but told them not to worry about the areas where I had stuff packed against the walls because I didn’t want to bother them moving my stuff (I would have felt bad since I did not properly prep the area). I told them to use their best judgement with the space they had.

Well I must say, I got home and the job they did brought a tear of joy to my eyes. They did not mind moving the stuff away from my walls in the basement, and everything looked beautiful. The did a great job repairing g the insulation that they needed to cut and the work looks like it was originally put in when the house was built.

The quality work I recurved was worth way more than I paid for. I heavily recommend them to anyone looking for extremely quality work at a dirt cheap price.

Amazing service. Came out the next day to install our Nest doorbell. A few weeks later, we called him because of a wiring issue. Came 2 hours later, installed a new wire, got the fan to work all in less than an hour. Very reasonable price for great work. Highly recommend.

My daughter's above ground. pool was removed and the electrical power needed to be turned off. Elmer did a terrific job and explained everything he did and even showed me pictures! Extremely professional and friendly. The price was very reasonable.

Elmer and Pete did a phenomenal job installing several lights and outlets in our basement as well as a new outdoor light in the alcove outside our front door. They were professional and did the work efficiently and high quality. I would recommend Fail Safe for any residential electrical work.

I called this electrician, from Portland, Oregon to service my rental property in Shorewood, Il. He responded promptly, and had a service technician out to the property within 30 minutes. Excellent pricing, excellent service, and took payment over the phone. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Excellent customer service, which is hard to find in today's society.

Last Saturday i called because our electric dryer was creating a sparking in our breaker panel. Called around 10ish, Louis called back 15 minutes after i left a message. He was out very promptly after and showed me 1st hand what had happened. Long story short i needed a new breaker panel. They took care of everything, pulled permits, called with updates, arrived on time, very polite, cleaned up their work spotless, i have no complaints.

Today (9-24-19) 2 technicians (Bennie and Ryan) arrived right at 730am as promised with my new panel and wire to run to my microwave. They worked relentlessly ripping out and replacing my new breaker panel. Mine is inside my wall flush with my drywall. New panel was larger. They cut drywall, redid some piping coming into the box, ran new wire. And cleaned everything up to the point that i barely knew they were even here. Kept me posted as they went along, joking around with my wife and I. It just made for a very pleasant experience all around. Your crew i had today went above and beyond and traced and labeled everything also, old wasnt labeled. And i was NOT looking forward to doing it myself.

I too work in the skilled trades, so i know how some employees are... its always hit or miss with companies and their workers. Not these guys though! From my original call, to the completion and final payment of the work, every person i interacted with was very professional, very helpful, respectful And courteous. They seriously made the whole dilemma so painless. Really goes to show a lot for a company and your employees. I DEFINITELY will be reccomendding you to my friends and other customer of my industry that need an electrician.
