I had recently moved into a new condo and was looking forward to having ceiling lights installed in the bedrooms, which were currently lacking. I called around to a few places but couldn't get anyone in as soon as I'd hoped. I then tried Hendricks Electrical, and James himself called me back almost as soon as I had left my message, and immediately arranged for one of their installers to come out. I was overwhelmed by his customer service (and friendliness), and to say I was ecstatic at how quickly it was all done would be an understatement! I was equally thrilled with his installer, Joe. He was right on time, incredibly pleasant, and patient when I was indecisive about how I wanted my pendant lights hung. Thanks again!

I highly recommend Hendricks Electrical. I'm a new homeowner and have had various electrician companies out to my house to work on things. Dan is very knowledgeable from how to fix things to how to explain things to customers. He is prompt in his help too - always open to squeezing me in. In these regards, he is superior to the other companies I have called on.

My workplace just received a video intercom system with a fob key component from Hendricks Electrical. They were very professional, quick to respond, and pleasant to deal with. They taught me how to operate the system once it was setup and addressed any questions I had. The procedure was simple, and I would suggest them to anybody who needs this kind of system or electrical repair.

Hendricks Electrical came over the same day I called to install a power outlet in my utility room. The pricing was fair for a project that turned out to be a bit of a beast and the technicians who came to complete the project were also on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

The electrician showed up 15 minutes after I called. They were able to diagnose and repair multiple issues within the hour and at a reasonable rate. They were respectable and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend using their services. I will call them again if I ever have another issue in the future.

Oldish house with multiple DIY efforts to execute wiring and other electrical projects resulted in a jumbled mess at the breaker box and multiple nonfunctional outlets, light switches and lights. Required 2 new panels in two different locations, massive clean-up of basement wiring and re-labelled circuit breakers. Was happy to have them back to support two smaller projects. All good and highly recommended.

John was also accommodating to have the installation work with my schedule! His workers were very careful with my house and belongings. The potlight installation went smooth and each potlight was carefully checked to make sure no electrical lines were in the way. Would you recommend this business for anyone looking for a residential electric solution.

Josh was great came out and. Replaced some electrical wiring for us. The next day we still had a problem. He gladly came out and resolved. Excellent attitude, great personality very good electrician. Definitely planning on using Hendricks Electrical for all future jobs!

I have been working with Hendricks Electrical on a project for over a year. They have gone above and beyond with this project which has included fixing issues that are not their own. The price was reasonable. Will definitely refer friends and family and will use them again.

My chandelier was starting to fall and I called John and he was at my house that following day morning. He is an experienced electrician and went above and beyond to secure my chandelier correctly! The pricing was the best deal I found after numerous quotes. Hendricks Electrical should be proud of the people representing their company.

The only one that actually picked up the phone and THEN tried to walk me through the problem over the phone to try and save a visit (a bill), then when they came --- since it was such an easy fix --- they gave me a discount! I highly recommend it.

It is refreshing to work with a professional team like theirs that is trustworthy and will give you their honest opinion on what should or should not be done, rather than simply trying to take advantage of you. I highly recommend this company!

200 dollars to even provide a quote. Plus it's kinda fishy all their other reviews are people who have only done 1 or 2 reviews. Seems fishy.

Ok so I called Hendricks Electrical and set a appointment for a estimate to have some electrical work done . What they did was charged me 99.00 that was to be used towards the work . The guy came to my house stood in my backyard and told me to call back when my pool gets installed, by the way Hendricks sold me off to another company called Premium which I did not agree to . So I have called over 7 times for the estimate and haven’t received that but I can assure most people I won’t be out of the 99.00 dollars because the law clearly states it has to be refunded if the service I paid for is not done

Super sad experience. Scheduled and appointment for my 80 year old mother. Paid my appointment service fee in advance. Due to a 2nd floor power failure. We scheduled with them from 8am to 11am. No call no show. At 1:15 pm I called they said they were trying to find someone else to take over the appointment. No call, no show, no money! Thanks for letting me know how shotty your work would be before we found out the hard way.

I called this company to ask if they did estimates for new construction in Will County and spoke with Phil. He confirmed they did, so I asked if I could send our prints via email, or if he would want them physically, on paper. He then belittled me and made me explain what prints are, because he only knew of them as blueprints. Just generally rude but pressed on. He then explained their process, which I listened to without interruption (as a normal person does). I then tried to explain to him how you need a Letter of Intent before permitting can even be completed in Will County, and he continually talked over me the whole time. He was mocking me and being extremely rude from the go. Have never had such a volatile customer service experience from someone for no reason at all like this before.

Do not use this company for any thing. They will never call you back. The customer service is nonexistent. Had three no call no shows in a row. The company nor the electrician called to let us know he couldn’t make it. Been waiting for 5 days for a call back from billing. They always say “keep your lines open, someone will call you shortly”. They never do.

Don’t waste your time. they gave me a 2-4 window, when they didn’t show they said it was 2-5, and they still didn’t come. Not sure if this some scam or not, but I wouldn’t pay a dime to these people until they hand you an invoice

Made two appointments and they still haven’t shown up, super unprofessional and unreliable.
