First off, talk about fantastic service! These guys know their stuff hands down. Daniel was the salesman that helped me and got me squared away. Today was the first time I've done business with this store. Went in for an upgrade for the Verizon promotion where they buy back an eligible phone towards an upgrade. Had the 12 pro max and left with the 14 pro max. The entire process was literally seamless due to the excellent services of Daniel. He was very professional, friendly and made sure everything was set for me. Matter of fact every time I've come here for anything I've left a happy customer. I'm rarely this impressed with exceptional service so I look forward to being a future and recurring customer! Hope this helps anyone as I don't toss around such credit without serious being impressed.

Excellent store, fantastic service. Went to another location before my visit here and the team couldn't sort out a promo I was texted. Decided to give Verizon another chance before jumping to another provider.

This store did great and were very friendly. Manager seems to care and was checking in on everyone. Will make it a point to come back.

Staff was knowledgeable knew exactly what I wanted. Took a quite of time to get seen but it quick one wi sat down with a team member

Verizon had a glitch to where I couldn't pay my cell phone bill online or through the automatic system so I had to come in and pay them

Got helped by Ahmad. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

My problem was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction after a wait of half an hour or so. When I arrived I was checked in, told my place in line and how long I could expect to wait. My experience met and exceeded my expectations.

Thomas was super helpful. He was upfront about cost and made sure we got the best deal. He took the time to make sure we were taken care of by the time we left the store. He helped move two phone numbers from sprint and get everything transferred from the phones even when the store was close to closing.

Great team service took good care of my family as they up graded my son's phone from Android to iPhone

Of course my phone was acting weird like it had a mind of it's own, lol. As soon as I walked into the front door, the young lady new what was wrong right away. Less then five minutes the phone was operating as good as new. What a breath of fresh air. We know how our phone has turned into an important part of our lives.....

I had the best experience at this Verizon store. Chris is a very helpful,nice,patient salesman I have encountered with. I definitely recommend him and if anyone needs any help make sure to go see him. He deserves a nice raise for all the hard work he did helping me and dedication he puts towards all his customers! I also want to state that all the workers there are friendly and helpful!

Worked with Kyle. Wonderfully funny, charismatic and straight to the point. Yes these things are expensive but it helps when staff are knowledgeable, honest and making sure customer is getting best bang for the buck. I would recommend this store for quality service!

I finally saw Angel after all this time as he is never at the store when I come! He is the person who initially helped me when I switched to Verizon and he went above and beyond then! Angel helped put my mother screen protector on today and his work is perfection! He has a great personality and I will have to make sure I can see him next time he is just awesome! Way better service overall compared to another Verizon I recently went to!

I went in there today to get my daughter a phone and the sales person Zack helped me and was so helpful and nice and was able to get me a phone for my daughter for Christmas I could of huged him cause if I wasn't beable to get her a phone I wouldn't beable to get her a Christmas gift due my son just dying. Zack you just made mine and my daughter Christmas. Thank you so much!! You deserve a raise . I recommend Zack all the way!!

Best Verizon store in the area. I trust this store with all my concerns. They are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Not too long ago I went to them because I was having an issue using my iPhone with verizon due to some locking issue. Two other Verizon stores and over 2 and a half hours on the phone with Verizon customer service was not able to solve my issue until I went here and spoke with Jordan. He was very welcoming, determined and skillful and able to solve my issue in less than an hour.

The other times I have been there my experiences were just as good. 👍

Excellent service. I waited for about 10 minutes to see a salesperson. Adam took great care of me. I was out the door 15 minutes later with my new phone. Very quick and painless process.

What can I say about Verizon you guys don't know

Fay was so helpful! I came in for my appointment (which no one should complain about, they’re just following covid guidelines.) and was taken care of from start to finish. Ask for Fay if you need help!
