The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My sister was doing returns and an exchange and I was watching my 2 year old niece for her. I worried how the staff would react to my niece’s enthusiasm and interest in their displays, but everyone was very nice and generous. My sister was assisted promptly and she was able to find her exchange. And the checkout person was very understanding when my niece ran behind their counter and I had no choice but to follow! There’s also a Starbucks and you can be sure I got a pick-me-up!

This is the only one of the many still standing in lakeside. What they do have good sales here so must be closing soon as well. Check out the sales.!

This Macy's was very clean very organized with a very friendly attentive staff. I was there specifically for the Estee Lauder skin care line sale everything was available just as it was online. Jo was the girl who helped me she took all the time I needed to make my decision went over all the products and was very knowledgeable on the whole Estee Lauder line from perfume to skin Care. The next time there is a sale I will not hesitate to drive to this location instead of shopping online. I'm sure all the staff is nice at the Estee Lauder I only dealt with Jo hopefully she will be there when I go back there was also free ample parking very close

I wanna give this 5 stars to the most patient lady who works in men specifically perfume section she was so nice , patient , helpful and offering help as much as she can do. Her name I believe was mackea. God bless you!!!

Went here yesterday with all my nephews and my niece to go see animatronic Adventures, in my short time there it was big but highly interesting. This place is far away from where I stay but the trip was definitely worth it

My dad and I were shopping for a birthday gift for my mom. Employee Kim M. from the perfume counters at Macy’s Lakeside Mall provided us with a phenomenal experience and helped us find what we wanted. I also ended up purchasing something for myself as well (which she helped me find) - I love my new Bright Crystal Perfume set! Kim was very professional, friendly, and you can tell she loves what she does.

Great sales! Macy's has awesome things and I bought most of them at half off. Super cool. The husband found some things too but, to be honest, not much in the men's department.
For him, we kept running into things being size small or XXL. Not much in between for the shirts. I for sure got the better deals and found my size super easy. Love that their fall clothes are in and love the colors.
There are 2 sides to Macy's. One side has men's clothing and downstairs is Home Goods. On the other side is women's clothing and more women's clothing. I didn't know that I had to walk though the mall to get to the men's side. It shows you how much I'm in Lakeside Mall.

We had the best experience with the manager Lisa in the men's suit department. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though the department was busy, she still managed to be attentive to all her customers.

Normal busy for a cold Saturday. Check out staff very patient and pleasant even though they were working hard to keep up!

The Dino experience at Lakeside Mall this month is AWESOME! There are rides, and snacks for purchase. Great experience for all ages. Must see

There’s a lady who was working at the perfume counter who was very kind to me, she was knowledgeable about all the fragrances and upcoming sales, I wish I remembered her name. She made me feel comfortable in the store

We stopped in on a Tuesday night to pick up a tux we saw online. We did have to dig around a little bit because the woman working in the department typically didn't work at the men's store so she wasn't familiar with the department, but she was very nice, friendly and extremely genuine - but after a little searching we found it! Yay for inventory being right! 👍 She did give us a garment bag - so that was a win, too. It's a great store - I hope the mall gets it together for you guys because you deserve some fellow shops!! Everyone that was working was busy!

I went to pick up an order at the Lakeside store. Marianne waited on me. She was very friendly. I didn't realize when you order an item from the bedding department you have to go to the men's store. When I got to the men's store Marianne had call to let them I was picking up my item. They had it ready for me. They told me Marianne called them so my order would be ready. Thank you to Marianne for the great service!

The staff in the housewares, linens , and bedding area are absolutely wonderful, esp. Annie in the mattress department. They are helpful, friendly, and have a sense of humor, even after working with some very difficult people. They keep us going back for the good prices and their excellent service.
