I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received from everyone at Cregger! This company was assigned to address my plumbing issues through an insurance provider and I feel blessed. The office staff and service technicians are polite, professional, timely, and very knowledgeable. Cregger offers emergency 24 hour service and I definitely appreciated the after hour service I received to restore my sewer line function. They also provided detailed information to my insurance provider and received approval to replace the sewer line to prevent future back-ups.
So pleased with the entire process, I know I will be having future heating and cooling needs, they will be the first on my list when the time for replacement comes.
I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

I had an emergency and needed my drain snaked and they were about to get a tech out within 2 hours. The phone customer service was great. I like how I received a text about 20 minutes prior to the tech coming out WITH A PHOTO of the tech. Something small, but I like that for safety and to know who to look out for! The tech, Brady, was awesome. Professional, polite, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all my questions.

Cregger plumbing got here within an hour of my calling them. Chris had the heater fixed very quickly. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors. I have had them do work on my heater in the past and have been very pleased.

Cregger was easy to get in contact with and very responsive to an emergency situation at our home. Brady, the plumber dispatched, was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and explained everything in a way I could understand. Cregger’s customer service, fair pricing, and staff courteousness were all exemplary!

Our sump pump stopped working and we had water coming in the basement. Cregger was able to send a technician out very quickly (it was less than an hour for him to arrive). He replaced the sump pump quickly (again less than an hour). The technician was professional and helpful in explaining what he needed to do. I also received a phone call from the office the next day confirming that the issue was resolved and whether we had any follow up questions/problems. I did not price compare their service, the company had been recommended to my by an acquaintance, but I was comfortable with the cost and when you have water in the basement you'll pay anything to get it quickly taken care of.

During the recent snow melt and rain, our sump pump died. The pit was filling up fast and was almost full. Very close to having a flood. It was late in the day and I called Cregger for emergency service. Andrew arrived quickly and installed new pump quickly and cleanly. No water made it into the basement. Very close to flooding. This was an after hours emergency service call and there was a lot of flooding in the area. I am impressed with the quick response, the work done and the price was very reasonable. Five stars

I have been using Cregger Plumbing for over 5 years, both commercially and residentially. They are extremely professional and always present the facts and reasoning before they begin any repair or installation. I also have recommended them to any friend or family member that needs a great plumbing service. My past service call was incredible, Ryan W not only fixed my sump-pump, he also noted another issue that I did not know could be improved, and FIXED THAT! I love these guys.

Tom came over to give a quote. Professional and easy to talk to. Received our quote within a day or so. Accepted the cost and James came over and was also great to work with. The installation took no time and was professional. I recommend that Tom ans James are promoted with their professionalism and timeliness. I will go to cregger for all of my future plumbing needs. I needed prep work for new washer and dryer. New water shut offs, new gas pipe and dryer vent. All the work was completed in one day, im very satisfied. End results exceeded my expectations. Their good work ethics and skill
produce very good results, i will decently be calling them again if i need any plumbing needs

Cregger is the BEST. They never disappoint. Their work ethic, customer service, knowledge, and efficiency are stellar.

The staff is always friendly and helpful when the multiple times I’ve called with an issue. They are quick to respond, schedule, and get someone to your home. I really appreciate the heads up text when they are on the way too! When they are running behind, they call to let you know and have worked past normal business hours.

The plumbers who have come out to our home have been receptive to our dogs, our needs, and our concerns. They’ve never tried to add unnecessary things, but rather perform what is necessary and make helpful recommendations that an owner could choose to have completed. They explain everything they are seeing and plan to do before any work is completed.

One thing that really stands out to us in particular is how they educate and inform without making you feel inferior. As a woman, I’m often spoken to like I am ignorant, but not with Cregger. I’ve asked a million questions, and they happily answer.

It’s always nerve wracking, especially as a woman, to have work done in my home that isn’t something I’m super familiar with. Cregger eases that worry with their exceptional service. We will absolutely be using them in the future - next up is hydro jetting. Huge shout out to Brady for always taking such great care of us!

Had Cregger in for some general work that needed doing at my dad’s house. Chris was terrific! We talked about what I expected and we discussed different approaches to the problems. He was thorough, dependable, friendly and a great worker - what I’ve come to expect from all Cregger employees. They are one of my go-to companies and I never feel I need to follow them around (yes, I do that) to make sure the job gets done right.

Cregger technician, Dave Kowaleski scoped and measured our main sewer line in the initial phase of a replacement. He was thorough, careful and happy to answer any questions. I see how Cregger came by their excellent reputation.

We’ve used Cregger 3 times so far to help us with our house and we will always call them for our plumbing and hvac issues. Every time they come out they are quick to respond, have fair prices, and also offer advice and options on how to save money on repairs. I especially enjoyed my experience with Brandon and Derrick. They were very friendly, helpful and honest during our plumbing stack replacement and dryer vent repair. We also had them come out to hydrojet our pipes in the back yard and it was a fast and easy experience.

Brian at Cregger Plumbing was amazing, professional, fast to arrive, and fast to diagnose and fix the issue. A pipe had burst in one of our rental properties, and they got there in an hour. Whereas others couldn’t arrive on time, next day, later after hours, Brian at Cregger was as fast as can be.

Great communication, and great pricing for such an emergency situation.

We will keep Brian and Cregger on speed dial as their quality, customer service, speed, and pricing is by far the best in Southeast Michigan.

The only downside, I wish I had found them sooner.

Had Cregger come in to provide an estimate for new house water shut off valves. Brandon provided excellent advice and alternatives, along with reviewing a few other gate valves I wanted replaced. He was timely and informative, and followed on quickly with a thorough proposal for me to review. Looks pretty good!

Brian was fast, efficient, and friendly. They were able to come out and service us quickly. No mess was left once work was done. Brian even was nice enough to humor our three year old to observe a Hot Wheels race as he was packing up.
Would definitely recommend Cregger for your plumbing needs.

Cregger was extremely professional and easy to work with! They were able to get a specialist out to my house the next day after a water heater issue. My specialist, Matthew, was very professional and polite in showing me the issue, talking through the options for fixing, and was able to get my water heater replaced within a few hours. He went above and beyond with confirming everything was working correctly and even gave some great reccomendations on how to protect my plumbing from the extreme cold. Cregger will be my go to with any plumbing needs in the future!

Cregger Plumbing has been my go to company for all things plumbing related for the past 10 years. Always fantastic communication from beginning to end and excellent work/service provided. I also like that the plumbers explain in detail what is going on and recommended next steps. Highly recommend!

I have had Cregger come out and replace my steam boiler, work on piping for the boiler and work on the radiators for our boiler system and they have been fantastic. The techs are all very friendly, send before/after texts and pictures of their work and answer questions on a level that anyone can understand. In addition, the office staff are very responsive and helpful. Their pricing is competitive and I plan on using them for all my plumbing/heating/cooling needs!
