Great customer service at this gym with reasonable prices. It’s not the biggest gym I’ve been to but has just enough equipment where I feel like I have enough to do. Most days it isn’t too busy so it’s easy to get through a whole workout in a good amount of time. I’d recommend anyone in the area to check this place out.

This place is great. I’ve been coming here for the last 3 years and i have never been to such a nice gym. The staff is always cleaning and super friendly. They have a great variety of equipment and so many amenities including classes and an infrared sauna. 10/10 gym!

Just got 2 new stairmaster machines (like an escalator) they are sweet. 👍
Update, the sauna is now working great, the new stair machines are a great way to get an intense workout in 20 minutes. 👍

I work out at night mostly so I can't really speak about the people that work there seeing as I only went in at that time once to get the membership but it is always incredibly clean and well put together. They have everything you need to improve your body

This is the only gym I've been to in Richmond, I was here visiting on holiday leave from the U.S. Army. When I asked about purchasing a temporary pass to work out while I was in town, I was told the owner was letting all active military on leave work out for free.

That alone deserves a five star review.

With that being said, it's a great little gym. Adequate selection of weights, machines, etc. Nice side room for calisthenics etc.

Seen this place being built. Waited anxiously for it to open. WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Soon to be the only gym with childcare. Very friendly staff. Weights are not laying everywhere. Great choice of equipment. Great pricing. Local family owned... Would DEFINITELY recommend to someone looking for a good, solid gym. Hope it makes it for many years. An asset to the city of Richmond.

This place was my saving grace in a time when I thought all was lost. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere filled with kind and competitive members, look no further. This establishment has everything you need. From CrossFit to powerlifting, and everything in between, there is no shortage of equipment. There have even been noticable efforts to update equipment with new Rogue Fitness gear that I am a huge fan of. No matter the workout, there is a grip/rope for it. I have only been coming here for a few weeks, but I can already tell that it is going to be one of my favorite stomping grounds. 👍🏻👍🏻 Way way up.

Dropped in while visiting family in Richmond. Easy $7 drop in pass. Great equipment. Clean facility. I’ll be back.

I’m still working on showing up more consistently, but I love the place. My husband and 14 year old daughter like it too. Everyone is friendly, they have everything you need, and it’s clean.

By far the cleanest gym I have worked out at. 24/7/365 extremely beneficial for my/any schedule. Various and large quantity of equipment.
