Wow! Where do I even begin? Our server, Tamika, was incredible! She was punctual, she was kind beyond measure, she treated us like her kids, and she was very helpful, because have never been here before! She was so joyful and seemed like she enjoyed her job! She also was singing along to the songs on the radio and her voice was beautiful!

And the food! Incredible, and very fairly priced!! The shrimp and the crab were exquisite. I, myself got the chicken tenders, and the chicken was moist and the breading was delicious, with the perfect spice! The fries were also golden and seasoned to perfection.

We were only in Michigan for the day, and this was the perfect place to stop before we headed home. The interior was nicely decorated and clean! We were in a secluded corner and it was nice to relax! The tablecloth was Interactive, with word searches, mazes, and tic-tac-toe boards! Overall, it was a lovely experience and I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks again, Tamika for elevating the experience!!

Had so much fun!! I went here with some friends and had a great time. Tamika was great! She was very professional, experienced, and friendly. She made us all feel like a priority! The Lobster bisque was sooo delicious! They have a bar there though and I feel like that Kinda ruins the family atmosphere. But other than that it was great!!

We went around noon lunch time and it was so laid back food fresh and delicious. Our waitress was so nice and friendly. I had a seafood bag that was amazing OK and the crab salad. Wonderful I love it Good place to eat and visit .

1st time here. It’s great. We had the best service, it was about 6 of us.. we waited for nothing.
Celebrated one of our members of our BDC.. it was a good experience. I’ll be back.

I had a very tasteful margarita, seafood bag which consisted in f lg shrimp and oysters,boiled egg and potatoes everything was delicious.

I can’t remember our server name,it doesn’t mean he wasn’t phenomenal.

The others raved about having the noodle instead of the potato, so that’s next for me. 🙂

if you want to have a great seafood, then this is the spot! food is delicious, prices are perfect very affordable, and the taste is yummy, i got myself the biiiigggg bag with Cajun.. this Cajun is sooo worth it. you will get full so fast but you still want to eat more and more, personnel are very very very polite and they got this beautiful decoration that is really perfect to see and look at, that big Crab on the entrance is a perfect start to see what i am talking about, if you happen that you are in Livonia just give this place a try and you will not regret it ever, i highly recommend to visit this restaurant and to enjoy everything there as i did with my family.

It's a fun seafood style joint that features boils. That was a change from the last time I was there when it was more of a steakhouse. If you like massive amounts of shellfish, then this is the place in your area. The service was good, and the general environment was okay. The po boy I had was excellent. Would go there again.

Had a great experience for our first visit at Hook & Reel Livonia. We had excellent service from our server Jasmyn. She was very attentive, friendly and personable. It was my birthday and they did a special birthday celebration-that was so cute! Our boils were good and had great taste. The music selection was amazing, played all my favorites. Kudos to this location!!

My husband an I came in January 20,2024 to celebrate our 30th anniversary which also happens to be his birthday ♥ our sons and grandson joined us. The food was amazing an our server Josh was fantastic,he made our experience worth every cent. We will return and we’ll make sure to ask for Josh. Thanks Josh for your excellent customer service.

OMG! 😮 We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the “Reel Catch” boil and it was A LOT of food. Delicious! My HAPPY HOUR drink was the Cajun Candy and it was yummy. Collin the bartender was great! We all enjoyed ourselves, great atmosphere and music. We plan to come back on a Friday to check out the Dj.
Overall everything was great!

P. s. The prices on the menu can fit everyone’s budget. I ordered a very large seafood boil that was worth every penny. Yummy! :-)

This is one of the most greatest restaurant I've ever been to. My first time there from the greeting to leaving was a wonderful experience! Tony was our waiter and he was AWESOME!! Very professional, bubbly personality, he took his time to explain the menu, the food came out fresh and hot. There wasn't a long wait. Then the operations manager Jaquitta Terrell came to check that everything was okay and her personality was top notch. She was so full of life. She made me want to be a part of her staff!! Just a great all around experience. We returned a few days later and the same fun energy, great service and the food was AWESOME!! Such a GREAT time, GREAT restaurant and GREAT staff!! Awesome job to Jaquitta and her staff!!

Marie was amazing. She was at the bar and everywhere else at the same time but still taking care of her patrons! Her service and patience was greatly appreciated. Music was a vibe on a Saturday night! We enjoyed the food and ambience as a whole!

First time there and Mia took good care of me, her recommendations on the clam chowder, crab salad and the flounder sandwich were excellent choices loved all of them!! Oh and the cheese cake was fantastic!! Thanks again to Mia, great service, more waitresses should be like her!! Thanks Mia ❤ I'll be back with my son

Khamryn was a great waitress. She checked on us throughout our dining experience, she was attentive and kind. She also had a great level of urgency in making sure any request we had were met! She’s a beautiful spirit!

This was our first time going here, and it was such a great experience. Our waiter Jasmyn was great! The food was amazing! Will definitely come back again.

Tamika was our waitress and she was a joy to have as a server she give great suggestions and go over and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal. Will return just to have her as our waitress! Food is reasonably priced compared to other crab places.

First time eating here and I was not disappointed! It wasn't very busy so we were seated immediately. The place was clean as well as our booth was clean. Our server was very polite and quick with getting us our drinks, he gave us time to look at the menu without feeling like we we're being rushed. Our food came out very quickly and I was amazed at how fast our food got to us and it was DELICIOUS!! I got one of their seafood boil specials with the snow crab, sausage and shrimp and it was so good, hot and fresh. I didn't get a drink but they have a good happy hour selection! I highly recommend coming here, especially if you're a seafood lover!
